This is the only place I take my car to. Danny and the crew are always great at getting things done. He tells me how it is and what needs to be done and then prioritize it. I have been coming here for over 12 yrs and I love it. The team is friendly and I can always ask a question not feel like a bother. They are so helpful

The staff here always take the time to make sure they get the job done properly. Andrew and Danny I’ve worked with directly, and they always have been accommodating (especially on last minute concerns) and made sure to explain what the problem is regarding my vehicle. They are friendly and always work toward helping the best option. Highly recommend !

Terrible customer service. I've been here countless times trying to get repairs done on my car to no avail. Would not recommend this place if you want reliable service and would look elsewhere for anything auto related.

TLDR: had to spend an extra 2k and left without a car for two weeks in the winter
Nice owner, but be very mindful that when it is the busy season and you go for repairs they might push you back for many weeks.
I had a repair done with the company. A couple weeks later, the treads on the new tires I bought from them are totally worn down
Took them to another dealership and they stated that the wheels were not aligned properly so the treads were down to nothing within one month
Brought them back to Danny and his team , they left the car on a lot for two weeks without even starting to work on the car.
Being left without a car for two weeks and not getting a lot of support after try my best to be nice to them was very disappointing.
This is definitely one of the worst experiences that I’ve had dealing with cars
Although I appreciate them refunding me half of what the new set of tires cost, they did not refund or take any accountability for the incomplete repair they initially did
So that had to come out of pocket
And only giving refund for two out of the four tires is something that caused me more issues, because typically dealerships only sell tires and sets of four so I still had to buy an extra two tires
When Danny and his team don’t make mistakes, they appear very supportive and helpful. However, when mistakes inevitably arise, a good company would take accountability to correct that wrong, and quickly.
I had to wait two weeks. The car was not worked on for those two weeks. Eventually, I took my car to another dealership down the street and it was done within two days.
Additionally, not getting a refund for the faulty repair they made initially cost me thousands.
In case you’re wondering they replaced the control arms, axels and tires of my car.

Not much to say. We took both our vehicles in and waited in the customer lounge area while they switched our winter tires for all seasons. Zip bam done. They could use a bigger parking lot.
