Very Bad. There were long lineup closer to holiday season. Staff were joking and laughing around them self very loudly. This is not the first time I’ve seen in this location. Even they were taking behind there’s own staff.As a customer, they way front staff behaves very unprofessional and annoying.This staff need lots of training and manners.

I saw Jude being so kind and patient with an elderly customer who was confused about a long list of charges on his card. Jude spent over 15 mins calmly and professionally explaining what was happening.Then, he served me with such great customer service. TD please make sure to recognize him and the other great people who work at this branch.

Went to check in last Saturday because my access card got suspended after I deposited my CRA cheque, the card seemed fine on their end. After they told me to call TD Fraud service to unlock my card and now I’m on hold. Pathetic! The only strength is the lady I talked to about my issue was respectful.

The line is super long and doesn't move.... I waited almost 40 minutes just for them to not have euros. Such a waste of time.The staff were very nice, but you can seem running around in the back trying to figure things out.And a few random times I've came here, the ATMs don't accept cash deposits....Probably one of the worst branches I've been too. Please avoid. Very incompetent branch.

I have been regularly frequenting this TD branch for a period of two years, seamlessly cashing my business cheques with utmost ease and convenience. I often make the commute from downtown to this specific branch solely due to the exceptional rapport I have established with its staff. They often remember me, or tend to refer to our past transactions to ensure a personalized and efficient experience.However, recent changes in management have resulted in a slight discrepancy in the smooth flow of operations. A simple transaction that generally takes no more than five minutes took over half an hour to complete during my most recent visit. Additionally, a fee of $15 was required for certification. All the facts were shown that it was a frequent deposit that never required certification prior with previous management I have dealt with.Overall, while the professional standard of customer service remains favorable, the discrepancy must be addressed to guarantee an optimal experience. I understand that management does change time to time but if the customer experience remains consistent with every visit to the branch than the customer remains a customer. Even when managers leave the new managers should try to ensure clients are still getting a similar experience.

This branch getting worse day by dayUsually only three people working at this branchNo matter if you go early morning or during the day you have to Waite for 20 min to 30 min to get ur turn so slow and talking with customers too much and between them self.I complained to them directly they said head office make schedule not us.Seniors also has to wait which is worse

My business banking has been with TD for 23 years now. This branch has some pleasant people working there that offer great service to their customers, however, the assistant manager, Nancy Sharobim is not one of them. I have observed her speak rudely in a condescending manner to customers many times. Today, I had the misfortune of dealing with her for the first time. She gave me a hard time about how much money it cost her branch to process my deposits. I pay a large amount in fees every month and was shocked and embarrassed by this person and her line of questioning in front of the packed bank. She treats every customer as though they are a burden. Shameful conduct for a "manager"

Had an incredible experience at this branch with Tolga. My grandparents recently passed away and left myself in charge of the estate. This was a completely new and foreign process to me, and Tolga made sure everything went aa smoothly as it could have gone. I must say I was quite nervous leading up to my experience with settling an estate, but as soon as I spoke with Tolga I was confident that the finances would be handled correctly and with confidence. I will be sure to return for any future financial needs. Thanks again
