This Branch has no respect for customers time. Today Jan 11th, they opened 30mins late and have no mercy for customers who were waiting in the cold weather. Time punctuality has no place with this Branch.

I was in an urgent need of documents and the new teller last named Gao was patient and helpful with my situation. She made me feel like home and assisted. However her manager behind seemed impatient with the way she was helping me. I hope the manager learns that to earn the loyalty of a costumer, those extra steps are important. Looking at other reviews it seems good costumer experience is what it need.

I have been a royal customer for over 20+ years. I never ever had issues with any branches. The branch manager insisted on putting a 5 day hold on a bank draft issued by another major bank. Asian guy told me that, he will verify another major bank b4 clear the money order. All I wanted to do just deposit it, best part was that, I have more cash found was already available in my account.Poor customer service and employees and management, including branch managers, have no knowledge of replacing old debt card with same card #. She couldn't able to make my request. I end up going to different branch and another branch manager able to process my request within 3 minutes.

Branch manger insisted to put a 5 day hold on a bank draft issued by another major bank. I understand the need to validate, which should be a simple fax to the issuing bank’s branch. Instead he told me to go to another TD branch, to which I did and the Victoria park and Sheppard branch helped me. They said they can contact the issuing bank to validate same day, if confirmed they can release the funds.It’s amazing how customer experience can vary this much between TD branches. Not sure if this review will make any difference but I was annoyed enough by the lack of effort to write this review

Worst experience. I wish we could give some minus stars to this branch. Every bank support customer when they want. I have being with them since 2018 and have various account and when I asked to waive off demand draft fees they did not agreed. There is no harm to waive off one time this is not acceptable by any Customer representative or manager of the bank. TD should look into that there employees are not giving preference to only one community. Because this branch does. If this is the way you treat customer sorry to say you are going to loss lots of customers.

My father just passed away and my mother was trying to figure out where to go/what to do in regards to their joint accounts. Unfortunately my mother was unable to hold back a few tears and asked associate, Anshomon(spelling could be incorrect, I apologize) for a tissue, and his response was “no we don’t have any here” after being aware of our family’s situation. I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted in lack of empathy, compassion, and basic respect and customer service from td.

It is always a good idea to set up an information desk in the lobby. Just like my experience today, I was surprised that I could solve problems efficiently and quickly in front of the information desk without spending a long time in line. Thanks the associate Wendy Chen who seems can handle multiple jobs at the same time and slove problem faster, and she should get a pay raise in return for talent cultivation. 5 stars for her.

I had the pleasure of dealing Hiddie at this branch and she was exceptional. She took the time to make sure I was taken care as a TD customers. She was amazing!
