Same experience with Daniel. After I returned 10 boxes of empty beers with one cart, an old white guy ran out from the back and yell at me told me that I should only bring one cart a time, which I did.Really bad experience

Rude, lazy and disrespectful employees. Not sure how these people get hired here. They don’t put out the black bins out. After you wait in line until it’s finally your turn, the guy throw you a bin and tell you to wait at the back. No logic, no respect for customers time

Today I had a huge argument with an associate from the finch and Victoria park location. The associate (Brian) gave extremely bad customer service to me and everyone else in the store. Even when I had over 15 boxes of empty beers to exchange, he screamed at me that I can only take one cart. After that he yelled at me again for leaving the empties in the building while trying to get my second batch. He had no sympathy for me even though it was over 30 degrees outside and made my experience extremely uncomfortable and wasted alot of my time and energy. While doing my second load of exchanges, 2 customers that overheard our argument came out to sympathize with me saying that he always gives everyone a hard time. Since jobs are so hard to come by recently you would think he would be greatful. this is not the case what so ever

I visited the store recently to return some empty wine bottles that had accumulated over the pandemic. I'll admit, there was an embarrassing amount. The store Manager (I think?) was extremely rude and immediately started yelling at me when I walked in because I was "blocking the door and customers" as my cart was stuck on the door threshold. Rather that offering to help, he ranted about why I shouldn't bring in so many bottles at one time and told me that I need to get out of the way. I should mention the store was empty and there was nobody trying to enter... other than me.

These guys had/have it tough maintaining Covid protocols with customers when everything was slowly opening.Efficient, swift, friendly, grounded service.
