I had an appalling experience with the customer service at this store. An ex-employee named Thomas was involved in a scam that cost me around $700. When I reported the issue, the store blatantly ignored my concerns and did nothing to address the problem caused by their staff. To make matters worse, Manager Sharuq also provided no support whatsoever. This level of service is absolutely disgraceful and infuriating.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this store. An employee named Thomas, who I later found out is an ex-employee, was involved in a scam and caused me to lose around $700. When I reported the issue, the store completely disregarded my concerns and did not address the problem caused by their staff. This level of service is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

We were at The Source today at STC and dealt with James. He was very patient with us and most courteous. He answered all of our questions
with regards to mobile phone plans. He was a pleasure to deal with.

It is a great scam going on here my lot of freinds got bad experience. I advise dont go there for buying products. They scammed lot of money from my freinds by telling that its good offer. Now they are having trouble paying their bill. Mainly it was the staff named THOMAS who did this. When we go there for reporting this isssue they didn’t help at all. Especially Indians are getting scammed here.
