They has a good deal of BELL: 40gb data, unlimited text and talk is cost $34.00. Unfortunately, they're required of ? like passport or Canadian citizenship and required "Equilfax"?!! That was a very outrage! I am not able to apply this because of the receiving text from 'Lucky Mobile' wants to make a 'saving money deals' but not this deal.

Please dont buy any extra coverage plans. They charge the same amount for plan as the actual price of product and then we need to claim that they just refuse to help you out and leave you for customers service. Poor system of source.

Fatima mam over here helped us so much to get a 15 pro we went to every store but no one was giving me phone but when we came here to fatima mam we got the phone the same day so I recommend everyone to come over here and get the new phone from the source at STC they are really helpful

I got AirPod from them at 12:30pm yesterday, I opened the box but the AirPod is broken, no sound. So I brought it back by 02:45pm for them to fix or replace it but They refused, they said its manufacturer issue. I only have the AirPod for 2hrs, the source refused to replace it, nor refund.They have a deal with apple because they sell the apple product, the source supposed to be the one to deal with apple not a customer since I only have that AirPod for 2hrs.Other store, they just replace it or refund it and they are the one that deal with manufacturer.I will advice that if you are buying expensive stuff, don’t go to this store. They won’t help you, replace it or refund your money if the stuff that you bought from them is defected or broken. I learned my lesson

The store service and products are fine. Avoid the warranty game. Bought a pair of affordable earbuds from The Source along with a 2 year warranty. The earbuds stopped working so I took them back to the store. No luck there. The Source no longer exchanges products under warranty in store . I was told to call Asurion which I did. I spent 20 minutes “registering” my product before I was told that since my earbuds were less than a year old I need to contact Sony. The Source took my money and has washed their hands of any part in this. For a $30 pair of earbuds I’m not wasting anymore time. Lesson learned.
