1. The person or employee of the store does not speak very good English and does not listen very well. He looks severely tired or drunk. Does not greet anyone.
2. He supplied me with a faded receipt and told me I could see the numbers ok. He did not print me another tracking number or write it out for me.
3. I am unable to track my package and no one is answering the store phone.
I shipped a passport for next day service to the USA and it has not arrived. UPS cannot help me because I don’t have a tracking number.

Quick and easy. I had missed a few things when filling out the slip. The worker was helpful enough to assist. Took less than 4 minutes. The store is easy to get to. For both car and transit.

This store is worst, don’t go, front desk guy is too slow, to attend 1 coustomer he took almost 30 mins. Very bad experience.
