She explained everything simply. They did a full vehicle analysis but only recommended certain problems that I should repair for safety reasons and gave me a report regarding other problems to take care of in the future. I did not feel any pressure to fix things, like other garages press you to do.The actual cost was a bit less than the quote. I will definitely go there again. Thank you for your excellent work!”

“I visited on Nov 28, 2025 (Senior 74 years old) My 14 year old Grand Caravan had an issue with the front end of the exhaust at the flex pipe. I explained that because the car was 14 years old I could not afford the work if it required a full exhaust replacement. The lady at the reception area was exceedingly helpful. She was extremely personable and very interested in helping me. She spoke to two gentlemen in the garage area and they said if I could wait about 15 minutes, they could put it up on the hoist and give me a couple of price estimates. They too could not be more helpful. I was very very impressed with their help and professionalism. After the inspection they indicated that I could have Option 1 just the front part of the exhaust and flex pipe fixed or Option 2 a more complete service that would go further down the line. After talking for a minute or two both the shop mechanics and I decided on the smaller and cheaper fix.

The Parts were ordered and the job was completely done and the work finished in four hours. I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone who worked with me. I would certainly recommend Speedy Auto service to anyone looking for assistance.”
