I've rented a few trucks from this location over the past year and their client service is awesome. It doesn't take more than 15 minutes to rent a vehicle. Not to mention the vehicles that I've rented have always been clean and in great condition. Highly recommended!

Great service every time. Large location with lots of options in moving vans and trailers. And best of all, not as busy as some of the other large locations like Warden/Ellesmere.

I found both Gibson and Nathan extremely professional and helpful on an incredibly difficult (moving) day. And I'm REALLY happy Gibson mentioned U-Haul's storage rental as it is exactly what we needed after a problem with a different storage company. Many many thanks, guys! You both deserve a raise!;

I had the worst experience at the U-Haul location on Kingston Road. The service was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The staff had a horrible attitude, and there was zero sense of hospitality. They were arrogant and acted as if they were doing me a favor by simply doing their job, but they weren’t doing it properly at all. There was no professionalism, and the whole interaction felt extremely uncomfortable. I would never recommend this location to anyone—avoid it at all costs if you value decent service!

This is a very good and recommended place to go it is inexpensive and the staff/manager is excellent cannot ask for better very helpful.

Scam artists. Gave me a vehicle that was falling apart and the mileage was completely wrong so they charged me $300 extra dollars. Then when I recieved a call back it was implied that I was flat out lying. Avoid this location!

The office wasn’t open when we arrived at our reservation time and we waited almost 2hrs before someone came. If a number of us hadn’t called the head office, I doubt anyone would have come.
Because we were so late, we almost missed our time to pick up furniture in Vaughn - the whole reason for renting the trailer in the first place.

Book a truck and got a call 15-16 hours prior that we have no available truck for you and your reservation is canceled. Horrible experience with this location.

Place is a scam. They gave me a truck that didn’t have a full tank, and wouldn’t refund the money for the difference in gas. Go somewhere else, and make sure to take a picture of the amount of gas prior to using it.

Our truck was great, but service very poor. We booked a truck at a location. Upon our arrival, they told us that there was no truck there and rebooked us to a second location. At the second location, there was again no truck and we were re-booked to a third location. Luckily, we finally got the truck! We did finish the move that day, but due to these delays we had to work past midnight and drive back super tired. Today, we booked a truck for another job. The U-Haul office is closed and we are waiting for a representative to come in and give us the keys. It's been 30 mins so far. Trucks are great, prices are great, but getting a truck is extremely painful.
