Worst location the service suck the women, at the deck are waste of time it's like everyone just here for a pay check . Trust me don't go there . I promise you worst location in scarborough. Please who ever owns this location please get new staff.

The service was great, lady was very helpful and assisted me as the app was not working. The alignment was atrocious, I mean this thing was unbearable. I run a collision Center so I have experienced in this subject. Please have an alignment on that unit. I can't see the unit number on the photo I took but it is very unsafe

If I could give lower I would, they hired a lot of new staff where they have attitude problems. Slamming keys on the table and Talking to people with condescending tones. There is no customer service level with them.

Worst customer service ever, I specifically said I needed the truck for 12 hrs, when I received the invoice they wrote down 11 hrs and charged me a late fee, we swept out the truck and brought it back clean, the charged me a cleaning fee. When I asked where the truck was the girl said on the left, had us running around outside in the cold, and the truck was not on the left. I went back inside and told her the truck wasn't on the left side of the building, she insisted it was, again, no truck, after 10 min someone came out and asked us for the key, to where he went around the back to bring us the truck!!!!!!!! Highly disappointed with this location! Now, I need to take the time to dispute the fees, plus, for 46 klm's at 1.09 for a 15' truck at 29.99, I got charged 174.00, like wtf!!!!!!!!! I was billed for the miles (american) which worked out to $1.75 per mile!!!!! Cleaning fee $20 and a late fee charge. I picked up the truck at 9:30 am, returned at 9:30 pm for the 12 hrs i specifically asked for....

Excellent service and friendly staff and simple process quickly for car rental and return . It allows to return car any time . Whenever I need to rent a car for loading big appliances, I always rent it .

Truly exceptional service from the staff here. I came in the morning of November 2 and I wish I had gotten everyone’s name. I did get Fernando’s name, and I want to highlight him especially. So grateful for how helpful and patient the staff here are. 10/10 recommend

After waiting in the queue for more than 30 mins, they asked to fill put everything online. They could have mentioned it and saved everyone’s time standing in the queue
As requested while booking to get dolly, dolly’s weren’t available to rent.
Overall Uhaul experience- 1 Star.
Booked a 20’ truck near my place in DT.
Got a call from Uhaul a night before that the truck isn’t availabke and you’ll have to pick it up from North York. That too a full size truck- 26’
On reaching North York next morning, the truck didn’t have dolly, pads and other accessories which were requested online.
So they asked me to go to Scarborough location.
After waiting for mire than 30 mins, got the truck.
Total time spent to get the truck- 2hours +
Had to take uber to go to locations which costed around $80.
Final uhaul bill was $288.

They waisted my hour an half to wait for a trailer which i book online to get the confirmation in their system. Once i got the reservation number they denied to rent out and asked me to visit another location, which is 25km away from here.
Stay alert Stay away from this location and save your time and mind pissed off………

I used u-haul Mobile application to book a truck and the application really sucks. The instructions are very unclear and app really hangs in the middle. I have returned the truck and scanned the location barcode but still shows as the active reservations in the application which really annoyed. Overall, A very terrible experience and a I wouldn't recommend u haul to anyone.
