“Just came from Dallas, TX and the splash shield became loose on the way. I wanted to fix it back and git rid of the twine ropes I had to use during the trip. I was turned down by another bodyshop who I googled before going to that area, they apologized after they knew what help I needed (did not make business sense to them). While driving down Kingston I came across Rainbow Auto Sales and Garage and stopped to ask if they can help. Mr.Rida at the office was extremely friendly and professional as I explained to him the matter. He said they will check it out. They were busy, all the bays had cars, so I was thinking, how long would I have to wait for such a small job. In less than 5 minutes, a great mechanic (Waqeem) came by asking for they keys. They vacated one of the bays to check the car, got it fixed in less than 15 minutes. and also checked a sound that I had while reversing and assured me there is nothing wrong. As I headed to the office to ask for the charge, the lady at the office answered me saying, we do not charge for this little things!!! I was like WHATT, ARE YOU SURE! She said yes, you are good to go. Since this car is my son's first car in Canada, I took their business card and told my son to use them for anything mechanical, A/C or regular service. Such great, kind, generous professionals are RARE to find nowadays. Thank you Mr.Rida, Waqeem, and the entire Rainbow team! YOU ARE AWESOME!”
