“Walked in with a loud exhaust. A friendly, efficient and professional receptionist greeted me. Within 20 minutes my vehicle had been looked at. Informed it was a hole in an exhaust pipe, it had been welded and that it was free of charge. Quite a pleasant surprise. Definitely will be going back. Thanks so much!”

Two days ago I had a problem with my passenger window it was down a couple of inches and wouldn't work .
I went to Lucas, they had it fixed in less than 10 minutes and they didn't charge me ....
They did it for free
When I need car repairs it's Lucas auto no question about it!!!!!!!”

I’ve been taking my car to Royal Auto Care for a couple of years now. I wish I have been taking it for many more. At first I chose them because they were within walking distance of my home. I needed immediate help with my car’s engine cover which had come loose after a bad winter. The took care of it for me quickly. I started bringing it there for oil changes, and minor things but now that my car is about to turn 10, it needs more significant care. Every time I’ve brought it to Mahir *spelling? I give him a general sense of my concerns and he’s been able to identify and confirm my observations with great detail.
I truly only started coming because they were close, but now I would travel a distance to have their care. I highly recommend.”

“Had PCV valve and hose replaced, throttle body and MAF cleaned, and brake and clutch fluid flushed. They gave me a detailed invoice, which I liked. After the service I noticed an RPM issue, so I went back. Mark sat with me in the car so he could see the problem, then checked everything, reset the system, and fixed it.
He also repaired a heat shield rattle with a clamp at no extra charge. Very helpful, honest, and professional service.”
