Great location, very big, well laid out, did not have to wait for check-out, good selection of products. Some prices a little higher than they should be.

VV gets donations for free! Considering the unreasonably high price, could everyone donate to Goodwill Thrift Store? Their resale price is reasonable and without tax. I will support Goodwill or Salvation Army thrift stores in the neighborhood.

Seniors discount day, so it was busy. Lineups at checkouts. You have yo be wary of the sizes on clothing. Sometimes, things are overpriced. Always check media, e.g. DVD sets, to be sure all expected items are there.

Bad experience. Would not recommend, especially for Halloween items. I bought a wig and the one in the package was not the one on the picture at all. They would not take it back and the manager was very rude. Cancelling all Value Villages... They are not even value anymore! Their clothes are getting worse, their prices are skyrocketing, they have no changerooms, and they don't do returns. Thanks but no thanks.

Recycle items shop. People used to donate here and they sell old/used items for a lesser price. Still the price should be more down considering the fact this is a reuse shop. Overall good, collections are also good but need a little more cleansing of products and the store. This is a eco-friendly shopping example.

Good. If you have eagle eyes you can spot some interesting bargains. Got this Logitech keyboard for $9 and it is in mint condition.

Visited the place recently to get a shoe and instantly regretted my choice when I went inside. The shoes were in very bad condition, being dirty and worn out. Also you have to search the entire section to get the second one of a pair. You also have to pay a high price for a dirty pair of shoes. I also checked the electronics section where i found some wireless keyboards but none of them had the dongle which makes them literally useless. When I asked the staff about this, they said that it is only what they have, take it or leave it. Not visiting here again.

They need to bring refunds in store. This is ridiculous there should be an option ? Their prices are ridiculous you aren't saving anything. Unless its a super basic shirt with nothing on it. You might as well go get something from a store brand new and better looking. I bought a dress for almost 30$ Don't usually shop at Valley village because of their prices. And now I can't get a refund for it. Overly priced for a basic simply basic dress. That shouldn't have cost me that much. But very little options for blackBut because there's no change rooms, I Couldn't try it on, so Ihaveto bring it home. Lose money over it, and then try to sit there for 2 hours. Looking for something else, no, thank you. They get FREE clothes from people But they're pricing it as if they're a high End store, you used to be able to walk out with 5, 6 bags. For a 100 bucks now, you're walking out with 3 items if you want clothes with design. Some things are cheap but honestly most is stupid priced!people can barley live on these prices why make it harder for us to get.clothes. People are supposed to come to value village3 to get stuff. That's cheap enough for them because they can't afford store pricesbut you might as well go to Walmart you'll get a better deal. Don't waste your time, just go to a store. Where you can actually get a refund if something doesn't fit or doesn't work for you.

Value Village thrift store is a treasure trove of affordable finds. The extensive selection of clothing, home items, and accessories caters to diverse tastes. While the layout can be overwhelming, the thrill of discovery is undeniable. The store's commitment to sustainability shines through its recycling initiatives. Friendly staff enhance the experience, though crowds during peak times can test patience. Overall, Value Village offers budget-friendly shopping with the potential for unique gems, making it a must-visit for thrifty and eco-conscious shoppers

I had a good experience at this second-hand shop! The store was well-organized and clean. I found some unique treasures at great prices. Definitely a gem for those who enjoy thrifting!" However, some of the staff are very old and don't even understand a question.

This is not a good Value Village location. Price tags are expensive, and hard to find great thrift hunts here anyway. There is no fitting room in the store since the beginning of the pandemic and with such high price tags who would wanna rock it? There is no return policy, only exchange within a week! At least open the fitting rooms! Also, the price tags are placed on sensitive items in a way that when you try to take it off at home, it leaves a trace. Put them UNDER the items at least!

Great selection. The children's book is quite good. Overall this value village has good items and prices, although a bit out of what a deal is, are not that crazy.

Ample free parking, making a left when finished at the store can be tricky though, the intersection id very busy. The parking lot gets taken over when the mosque next store is doing a service.Clean storeSometimes the thrifters are there, waiting, anticipating the next round of inventory to be brought out.Complaint, there are zero change rooms. Want to try something on? You have to buy it and take it home. I’d it doesn’t fit, RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY. This doesn’t seem right. There are no mirrors either to try something on over your own clothes. It’s a joke. I’ll stick to other stores with change rooms…The best part of this store is it’s beside an Asian grocery store. When I’ve gone, I kick up something from here for lunch.

I was visiting Value Village near Golf Rd and Lawrence area on Thursday June 29,2023 at around 11:30amI was with my mother looking for fancy dresses and placing some items in my cart to take over to the mirror to see if I would actually like it.An African American lady who works there had ALOT of attitude. She accused us of leaving dresses on the rack and she was complaining that we should put it back out loud, which made us feel uncomfortable ?I advise her those dresses on the rack aren’t ours and the items we choose are in my cart. She was kissing her teeth, mad putting those dresses away.My question is; if she’s hired to be on the floor to organize clothes, wouldn’t that be her job?I’m certain her job description doesn’t include to be rude to customers. Or to be complaining with awful attitude. And on top of it false accusations statements!Have some dignity lady!Customer service is highly important. I did advise her she was being rude and outrageous. I reminded her if everything was organized to perfection she wouldn’t be needed here and that’s her job to keep organizing and fixing the racks.Value Village please have a meeting with your employees to discuss where YOU would like your level of customer service at your branch! On the side note, cashiers staff were friendly and helpful. Those are the employees that need to be on the floor, making our shopping experience great!Value Village! Take action! Please consider to speak to that employee, I’m sure you know whom I’m referring too because I have also scan through the reviews with this same lady and her attitude towards customers.I wish the owners would pose as under cover boss just to see her actual actions.
