I've been going to these guys for a while after what felt like a massive decline in customer service at Best Buy. I've now bought 2 TVs, 2 soundbars, & a dishwasher from these guys.
If you find yourself in this store, ask for the manager Rajesh. He's super knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He laid out pros & cons for different items and pointed me to a bunch of third party review sites to help me make a final choice.
I know that most people do their own research online for expensive electronic items, but it's honestly worth speaking to professionals as well. These guys are awesome.

Dishonest, unreliable and rude. No creditability and no service at all!!
We purchased a projector years ago and paid $900 extra for additional warranty. We found a problem with the projector month ago. We brought the projector back to the store on April 3rd, they told us would update us within two weeks, and now it has been a month. We came to the store today, they said there is no any update, and the fixing company will check it in two weeks. ?! So what did they do in the past one month? Nothing! They been lying to us.
They said they would update us in two weeks. It is really hard to believe them, so I ask them to write down two weeks timeframe. The guy just being rude and slammed the paper on desk and wrote 20days instead of two weeks for updates.
And they all yelling that this problem is not in their hands. But I paid $900 to them for warranty! If they can’t even follow up on one service, what can they do? Just charging money from customers and do nothing, oh, no, they did yelling at customers!

We just got our projector back in Aug.( they got it fixed a couple weeks earlier). I will keep my review, but need to say thanks to the new manager transferred to this store. Better communication and service. Hope others can improve their attitude and service under supervision of the new manager.

If you go to any VE store, go to the one in Scarborough. Ask for Rajesh, the new store manager. Super guy. Very friendly. Product knowledge is top notch. He is flexible and will always give you his best price. If you need any electronics, including kitchen & laundry appliances, go to Rajesh. They also deal with Bell and Virgin Mobile cell phone plans. Make this store your first stop for electronics!
