Two days ago I was shopping at your Walmart when I unexpectedly had a seizure in the air mattress aisle and the employees there were fantastic! They took care of me the manager did a top-notch job. I making sure that I was OK and then I was safe and was caring for me and I just wanted to say how proud I am of the employees that you have at this location Way to go guys. Thank you for helping me.

You should change the name from Walmart Pharmacy to "CITY OF ANGELS" because it is run by angels in human form. They are compassion, kindness, patience, love incarnate. They go over and beyond the call of duty to listen, help, care. They truly are angels in white coats.Isidro Wang, Marina Zhan, Tara Rizi and Caroline are the few that I constantly deal with and there are times I just look at them and cry because all I see is not human beings but pure Angels of Mercy. I wish the world was full of human beings like these people. It would be a wonderful place to live.Truly change the name of the Pharmacy - City of Angels run by Team of Angels.

Horrible customer service I watched these two ladies get yelled at for trying to take a basket to the car that was parked outside the store. I have no idea what happened or how it started but all I know is that every time they tried to explain what they were doing to the store manager Asif consistently started yelling and denying them to speak. Even though they were told by another staff member in the self check out that it was perfectly OK to bring the basket in front of the store so that they could unload it into their car because they had a heavy items. Overall, I give this a zero out of 10 when it comes to customer services and I don’t recommend ever coming to this location!!

100% Would not recommend to purchase photos here. I ordered the “next day” pick up photos, and after a week, it still was not ready. I called the photo centre to request for a refund, they were only able to do a partial refund for now (1/2 items i ordered). They told me to call them an hour later for an update of the second item refund, i called them later, they put me on hold, and hung up. It’s been 2-3 hours trying to get a refund on my photos, and i have only received half my refund. On a happy note, just order your photos from Staples, if you order before 12pm, you’ll be able to pick it up on the same day by 6pm - this is what i did.

Very rude Customer Service department. This cashier(chubby Pakistani lady) will lie and make their own rules trying to get customers to go away. Refused to provide her name when I said I would like to file a complaint on her service. She shows no customer service at all and just there to chit chat. Shows very bad attitude, turning this Walmart into her own little store and telling customers to go to other stores. Walked away 2 times without saying anything and expect customer to disappear. Very rude and disrespectful even as a human being. Customer service manager "Jas", she have no respect nor any customer service toward customers. Stand around chit chat. These two individual apparently are not trained well and have lack of knowledge their company policies and they make their own rules for their own convenience. No help nor any customer service from these two. Would be -5 stars for these two individuals' behaviors.In the end, the Fashion Manager stepped in, take control of the situation, was helpful and provide excellent customer service to resolve the issue.Gonna do the Short customer survey on the receipt for the first time, must share out, so the company can correct and improve. We as customers, we shop for deals and should be treated with professional customer service.

This store has been under so called renovations for some time now yet things do not seem to be moving forward.Never mind all the chaos inside the store daily try the parking lot garbage is all over the parking lot no workers are assigned to clean it up so yes rats are present all day and night.The plaza company has a big grassy area right beside the Walmart attached for future building that everyone is using daily or shall I say nightly to dump their household garbage, renovations and whateverCity officials need to review what is going on

Can I appreciate an associate Asfi and her keenness to help everybody. Although for a lot of people, she was smiling and ready to hop in and help everyone. We met her at the self check machine and she was helping us and also taught us how to use the machines to make a payment. I also told her about some wrong price of a mascara to which she was kind to double check it for itMy mom and I have always opted to go to her cssh register as she is always pretty helpful.Good kid will go a long way

If there is a 0 star option I would give one . Scheduled my in person interview one month prior . These rude people sent me back saying the positions are all filled up 2 weeks before . They never considered it an option to email or call ahead of time about the scenario.Also the people working there were no helpI wasted my time and money to travel to the store

The cashier at self check-out named Kerti definitely needs to be fired for her extreme misbehavior and false accusation towards me while I didn't steal or do anything suspicious. I have never met anyone in any store like her, not to mention in this civilized country. I was at the self-check out around 5:15pm, 07/12/2023. She was checking on my stroller with her suspicious face so I asked her to come check in front of me carefully twice. She didn't come. SO I went to the other end, talked to another cashier about what she did and was asking to talk to the manager. But this aggressive woman wanted to make the thing bigger. She shouted at me as: it's my job to check on you. Also she added this most offensive sentence that I've ever heard: there are video camera everywhere (so guys, think about the hidden meaning of this sentence). So I questioned her, "when I asked you to come check, why you didn't"? She responded: why should I check? I asked her: then why did you check at the very beginning? Are you contradicting yourself ?She couldn't answer.Long story short, I reported her in details and requested the store management team to check the camera. Before she was having her suspicious eyes on my stroller, I already took all the wal-mart goods out of it and all on the counter. Hope she would be responsible for her extremely mean and rude behavior and don't judge people by her own character. P.S. The "cashier manager" is very unprofessional as well. He seemed immature/inexperienced who doesn't know what's wrong or right!

This is the only Walmart Supercentre close to me and we have been coming here for decades. The service has always been sub-par but today has been the worst. Cashier OP#003250 (young man with glasses) at cash register 18 is beyond rude. He overcharged us by $5.00 and when we noticed the discrepancy, he started yelling at us, blaming us in the wrong and showing us a lot of attitude. We had to go to customer service and tried to explain our situation but they were beyond unhelpful and also showed attitude but eventually refunded us the change. I understand that we are all trying to make a living and survive in this economy, but we should also be courteous and treat each respectfully, regardless of our occupation or how much we earn. The world needs more kindness these days. This Walmart is also unorganized and there is a lack of cashiers, which lead to long wait times and customers getting frustrated. We have always had the best interaction and experience with Kitty, who is sweetest ever, and had formed an amazing relationship with my daughter.Also, not to mention, the lady, who’s the supervisor at McDonald’s is rude to customers for no apparent reason.-To Walmart Management, please BETTER train and discipline your staff to better serve customers. It seems like the hiring process is way too lenient these days. We will now go to farther Walmart’s like the one at CF Markville and the Copper Creek Walmart as we have always received exceptional customer service there.

This Walmart Supercentre has outsourced their produce, meat and seafood departments. On the plus side, you get more variety to pick from. However, since there is live seafood, it does add to fishiness smell to it.There is a larger foreign foods section compared to other Walmarts.There are other unique mini retailers onsite, like lottery stand, McDonald's, nail salon, Sleep Country Express.Easy to navigate parking lot onto Steeles Ave East or Markham Road via traffic lights.

I love this Walmart ! They literally have everythingThey have a huge selection of plan in their garden center from fruit, flowers etc…Their drug / pharmacy department size was INSANE. Its huge and have nearly all of the beauty brand which a way more affordable price compare to Shoppers in my opinion.You can literally get mostly everything at one stop from this place from foods, plants, pharmacy, household to glasses or even Mc Donalds inside them !! How convenience is that.The place was clean, tidy and not a lot of people even when we come here on a Sunday

Poor customer service, I have to returned some items today.The Indian lady doesn’t happy with I returned many items in once, she talked to another Indian lady in their language. No idea what they were talking about.And then she come to me said you only can return 3 items at time, never heard about that policy in any store!!!!!!!! It’s ridiculous!!!! That’s not on return policy or receipt. She just doesn’t want to do it. Poor customer service attitude! So asked her back , and let her know there is such policy. She was lack of patient, and just said wait for another lady. Another lady made me wait while to return all the items. Both of them can do this much better way, WHY they have to make me go through this???????? Take their attitude????? WHY????

Not a friendly environment.Pull needle so far from vain that is. Causing pain.When I ask technician to do it properly she become rude and said I know my job.No one explained me about checking results online.I ask her name for review, all staff become strange.I hope they will process my sample properly.
