1 star is generous lol cause this is the worst walmart lol. majority of the workers don’t speak english, they are rude and don’t care about their customers. once my boyfriend bought me a starbucks gift card from there and it was a fraudulent gift card so we took it back to walmart and the manager monica blamed us for the situation when in theory they should be double checking the upc before proceeding with the transaction. went to this walmart today and all the self checkouts were out of service and 2 cash registers were open with at least 30 people waiting whilst members of staff was just standing around talking. end of story the workers here are lazy and they suck

I was a little frustrated because I wanted to pick up this item (tree) and when I got to the location I asked 3 different staff members and they all told me the same answer only overnight staff is allowed to go to the back and bring something out which was ridiculous... Finally I had the item delivered which took 4 days and it came in a damaged box!. Not happy at all.

Walmart. The Mart of Walls.Has a lot of food (produce, meats, seafoods, bakery, international foods), clothing, baby related goods, technology, toys and games, video games, household items and appliances, sports, etc.They have reduced to clear sections and clearance sections for food and other items. There's a produce clearance section, a bakery clearance section, a frozen/cold food clearance section, a meats clearance section and a other foods clearance section.Has sales from time to time. Somewhat clean and somewhat dirty. Somewhat messy and somewhat neat. The location has other stores and services around it.It's an okay Walmart.

This store is absolutely horrible. Walmart cares more about high profits than customers. They can though because people are delusional and think that they have the lowest prices and that's why they have customers. Winter boots at Walmart are 65$ and up. Winners are 55$ for brand names that are built better, that will last longer. 40$ and up for jogging suits for kids, at Winners 25$ for a Nike johhing suit that's better quality. Winners has better and cheaper clothing, toys, books, snacks, and Costco prices are even better. Cereal is 10$ for 2 family size boxes. Even the dollar store has better cereal prices. No Frills, Food basics and Fresco have better and cheaper food prices and no frills still price matches and you collect points for your purchases. I stopped shopping at Walmart for well over a decade. I went a couple days ago because I wasn't feeling well and needed to finish Christmas shopping odds and ends. I was in shock by how expensive it was now compared to other stores and when I was going to check out there were almost no cashiers open. It was mainly self checkouts (I don't work for Walmart and I am not supporting the unemployment rate so I don't use them). We couldn't find any associates in the store. But there are a ton working at the front of the store watching people check out. I will NEVER go back to Walmart again.

This store at Morningside and 401 area has really gone downhill over the years! It is very cluttered and old looking. Untidiness is an understatement!!! I stay clear of this location unless I am in dire need of something and then it’s anyone’s guess if you will actually get what you need.

If it isn’t employees hating their jobs and cutting boxes open to only cut the products underneath, it’s issues like this where maintenance is overlooked and freezers look like that.location needs improvement instead of repaving their parking lot, which isn’t complete.

Expired produce consistently given with grocery pickup orders. Website has changed and now denies refunds for expired products. 3 chat requests and now my refund request for expired fruit needs to be sent to senior management

To day at 10:15 am I decided to go to Walmart to buy some clothes for my son’s birthday?And most of the things that I needed. But the one thing I forgot was that I needed a quarter for a cart but I had my bag so I just use my bag and put the clothes that I was going to buy in the bag not thinking it would be a big deal. Then I saw a men’s polo vest and thought I really like that. I think I’m gonna try it on so I went to the women’s change room area did not go in, but stood in front of the mirror trying on the vest to see what size fit me best. Then I look back and there’s some creepy guy looking at me from behind the display case. It made me scared. So I took the vest back and I started heading to the women’s department. I did not see him so then I thought I was OK. Then, after I got some thing else from there, I went to the cash and cashed out. Then I saw him there, talking to one of the ladies that worked there, and then all the sudden he was approaching me. Saying that he was lost provincial, and he needed to see my ID. Because apparently I was going in and out of the store. But I never left the store. Then I asked him if I could tape this because I felt really uncomfortable he said no. Then I said I’ve never stolen a day in my life and I wouldn’t start now. I gave him my ID then he disappeared. So I asked the ladies who he was and they said they didn’t know. So then I started freaking out because he asked me for my ID and it had my address on it. I was so scared. I was so afraid this man was going to try to take me. I asked an older gentleman if he could walk me out. Now I am sitting inside my house with the doors locked scared out of my mind.

The manager of the Store has been unilaterally canceling orders under the pretext of excessive order quantities and pickup scheduling issues,I feel compelled to share my recent experience with the store's manager, which has left me quite bewildered and dissatisfied. It seems that the actions of this manager might warrant further investigation.In what was supposed to be a routine order pickup, I encountered a level of customer service that left much to be desired. After placing an order, I received a call from the manager, who then proceeded to cancel my order without any valid reason. The explanation provided was that I had supposedly ordered too many items at once. This decision struck me as odd, considering I hadn't even set a specific pickup date or time. Normally, I receive that information from Walmart, and I'm fine with picking up the order whenever it's ready, especially since I need it for September.What truly baffled me was the manager's response to my inquiries. Rather than addressing my concerns or offering a reasonable explanation, he actually raised his voice and shouted at me. This left me feeling both disrespected and utterly confused. I turned to customer service for clarification, and even they were surprised by the manager's justification for cancelling my order. They confirmed that such reasoning was far from acceptable, leaving me wondering why I was being punished for simply spending my own money at their store.It's disheartening to encounter such treatment, especially when my intention was to support the store with my purchases. This experience has left me with a sour impression and a series of questions regarding the manager's behavior. It's my hope that the store will take this matter seriously, investigate the situation thoroughly, and take appropriate action to ensure that other customers don't face similar unwarranted treatment. After all, shouldn't customer satisfaction and respect be at the heart of any successful business?

A big, nice, typical Wal-Mart store with convenient opening hours. I am delighted to see different Halal varieties of beef/ chicken kebabs being recently added. This location has great Desi selection.

I placed a online pickup order on July 11 , 2023 from this Walmart at 4 pm .. There was a greeter in front of the Walmart an older brown lady .. She was respectful and advised me how it works and all for the pick up .. Its a tiring job to stand all time infront of the store and helping people out .. I followed her instructions and got the items picked up with no hassle ... I do respect her willingness to help with a smile and assist people at her age in a crowded Walmart supercentre like this ..Thank you

Horrible customer service and management.The line for checking out is always long because there are always only 2 cashiers open and 2 self check machines open. I have asked if they are more cashiers or self checkouts that can be open because myself and other customers are tired of waiting and management never does anything to solve the problem. The company acts as through they are doing you a favor and paying for your groceries they don't care about customers. Walmart makes billions of dollars, but are still too cheap to hire more cashiers and provide better customer service.
