Cashiers are terrible. Not informed of duties or rules and regulations.Equally management is poor, do not explain such policies and regulations to employees so they can properly communicate or inform customers or questions asked.

Lion Brand Wool Ease medium weight yarn, Raindrops colour. Beware - colours don't match. Check the dye lot number before purchasing. Every Walmart store doesn't carry the same lot numbers. Quality control is sorely lacking with this brand. Ruined my project and couldn't complete it. Ended up purchasing the same yarn at a hobby with matching dye lots. From the pics, you can see the glaring color tone difference. Returned the remaining unused skeins purchased at Walmart. Never again that I will purchase yarn at Walmart. Also, quality control is sorely missimg at Lion Brand!! I compared 3 different dye lots at two different Walmart stores, and the shade varied in tones for each dye lot!

Me and my friend had a bad experience from this store. It has been after a long wait that we got this milk because there was no one for help and support. It's normal to ring the bell ? for getting the milk from a lock shelf. No one has come for help and we waited a long time, We rang the bell more than 10 times and 2 other people were waiting to get the milk with a small child in his hug, so when one of the staff came and had rude behavior with the customers. Everyone was very nervous because of the rude ? behavior of the staff. I don't know how these people are being hired in such big shopping ?️? Centers if they are hiring inexperienced people they have to train and learn them how to behave with a customer. I suggest the management of the store to conduct training for their staff to treat people nicely.

My first time trying to get keys copied at Walmart was a real letdown. Waited for the manager, Nusrat, who not only took forever but was also rude and unhelpful. She flat out refused assistance, claiming it wasn't her job. Really unhappy with the customer service.

Worst Walmart is right here!1) Use self check-out = get yelled at by staff: "you can't use hand scanner for small products..." and points at a non-existent sign that supposedly tells you - walks away.2) Use pick-up = get harassed by staff: "can you complete survey and give me a perfect score...." even before they bring your product.3) Use regular lane = staff love to comment on everything you purchase: "is this on sale, why you buying more than 2....."Why Walmart? Why only this location is so horrible?

Store is one of the bigger Walmart superstores, but they have the worst customer service. If you need to return or get a price adjustment you may as well donate a kidney. They don't accommodate and don't honor adjustments from other Walmart stores. On Black Friday I had to argue with 5 store associates for a $12 adjustment and was denied by each one. I asked to speak to the store manager and never had the chance too. These store associates need to take a customer servicecourse.

Horrible Online Order Experience!I tried to see what the experience like placing an order online. And I feel like an idiot.I made a simple mistake when choosing the pick up options: instead of choosing pick up from inside, I chose curb side pick up. The problem is I don’t have a car.So I reached the customer service asking if they can help me modifying my order. They easily said they won’t be able to help me with doing a simple change to the pick up option. So I frustratedly asked them to go ahead and cancel my order. Again the wonderful customer service didn’t help me with canceling the order either. Instead they asked me to call the store and do everything by myself.I tried to call the store several times, I tried again & again for half an hour. But this Eglington branch store just doesn’t pick the call up. Now my only option is to choose standing next to a car line to pick up all my ordered items. Or choose to waste all of the money for not be able to pick up.

Had to wait in line for 20 mins at closing because none of the self checkouts are open anymore. I guess too many people are stealing? Either way it’s a terrible nuisance. Do better Walmart!!

bored watching customers, or a coincidence the anti-theft buzzer sounded?Tuesday September 19: how was anyone supposed to use a cart from 11:45A.M onwards? and the carts that were facing the right way, wouldn’t disconnect when coins were inserted, plus carts almost always have some leftover trash in them. :/

A non common sense solution has been taken by the owners at this Walmart location closing all the self checkout lanes after 9. I just went in to get some baby diapers and as I walked in I seen the light up for the check out was till the milk section on the other side of the store. There is better solution then having 3-4 check outs open on a Friday evening. Management has lost touch of reality.

The girl name iila who told me go outside by talking with her community people where their is no line and she behaves rudely, totally zero customer service and nobody is helping customer they are busy in gossiping with each other rather than helping customers.

There are absolutely no carts in the store by the entrance. That's because they are all outside and nobody is getting them to bring them in the store. Also, when they do bring them in, the carts are faced the other and its very difficult to put in a quarter to pull out the cart. Photo attached.Walmart allows dogs in their store? Clearly that dog is not a service dog. Unbelievable!!!Visited this store again on April 16, 2023 at 9 am and I can not believe what I saw.Bananas were dumped on the table. Also at the self check out where you find chocolates, gums, and other small nick nack items, the shelves were a mess with all kinds items. I can't believe the shelves were a mess early in the morning where there aren't too many shoppers yet. I can understand if it was late afternoon or in the evening, but it was early morning.Can this location make it any harder for customers to put in a quarter in the cart and pull it out? ThSee for yourself. I have attached photos. No carts again in the store May 29, 2023. They only open one side of the register in the self serve checkout. According to staff they are only allowed to open 3 registers per associate to reduce theft. But ever since they have done this, the line up to checkout is painfully long even though the store is not even busy. Walmart has made this possible on account of customers waiting longer in line to checkout.

This super center is now renovated and re organized. Staff is new I believe. It was almost like is this Toronto or ?? Not in a bad way though! South Asian side was unorganized and items are in the wrong shelves, prices were all over not sure what price I was reading...very less merchandisers checking on those. Washroom was clean. Parking was good. Hard to find shopping carts. Some items are over priced. However the stoe is better than last few years.

Interesting place, the staff said that trolleys got stolen but they were actually there in the display .Lots of Indian options are available here.Food items are getting better for Asians
