Suspicious activities. On multiple occasions I have seen people just walk out of the store with a shopping cart full of stuff - mostly groceries and they are stuffed in multiple shopping bags of other stores. They simply walk through the checkout line ignoring the cashier who were busy with other customers. The security guards at the door did not know, thinking they already paid since they came off the checkout counters.I am not a frequent shopper but I have seen this at least 3 times in the past couple of months. They usually came as a couple or with a kid so they look less conspicuous. In the end it's us consumers that are paying for it.

Slow service. Tika the cashier was taking her sweet as time I was standing there for more than 10 mins. There was 2 people infront of me…. Self check out was closed and it was so busy. Make it make sense!! It’s messy and claustrophobic.

It is good with different things you can buy food, clothes and more,You can find different qualities in different prices, so any one one can find what looking for. This days they advertise for blackfriday, I think it will be good chance to bring your needs specially for those expensive ones which you can get them in good price, personally I am planning to bring smart TV and dishwasher..

This is an older Walmart. Not your standard superstore. Has two floors, and the setup would be different from your standard Walmart Superstores. Have access directly to it when you exist 401 easy bound off of Borough Drive.

Not the rent-a-cop racially profiling me. I purchased my items, went to McDonalds to get something to eat and while sitting there I realized I forgot to get 2 items. I asked the Self Checkout police officer if I could leave my cart with my groceries neatly packed with her while I grab the one item. As I am leaving, it’s security asking me for a receipt. I have no big items, just one reusable bag of groceries. I asked her why she’s asking me for a receipt, she telling me she asks everyone for a receipt. This is my home Wal-Mart and have NEVER in 13 years been asked for a receipt. I told her the receipt is in the bottom of my grocery bag and I am not digging through it to provide it to her, because if you suspect that I am stealing do you think I would’ve left my groceries with the checkout police, went back into the store, purchased items and then attempt to leave. I thought thieves leave in a rush? I told her she can get the receipt herself, she proceeded to do so. I took my bag to my car and returned the cart in store to get my $1 back, as I’m standing there I see multiple customers walk out with the groceries and all she does is smile at them and nod. In this freakin day and age in a city as diverse as Scarborough, you guys have staff with the audacity to racially profile people. She is lucky I am as humble as I am and I don’t like attention.

Today we experienced a poor customer service. We always go to Walmart for our grocery needs and this is upsetting that they can't do something to correct their false advertisement.Gerber Organic pouches are displayed with the price of 5 for $8 but when you go to counter and pay they will charge 5 for $9. I know people will say its just a dollar difference but to get the same incident twice will blow your mind in two months interval (We do groceries mostly from Walmart Eglinton). They have not updated their prices and the assigned cashier staff keep on insisting that it is the price shown in the barcode. She even had us wait for her to set up the counter as she hasn't log off her sign ins from her previous counter registry. We have shown her the picture but still did not do anything. We don't want to stay much longer for my baby has to do her thing so we have left with such upset hearts.

On two separate occasions, I had interactions with an employee named Tika (I believe that's her name) at the self-checkout counter at the ground floor level, and I believe it's important to bring these incidents to your attention for the sake of improving customer service.During the first encounter, my family and I needed assistance with entering a product code for an item that was missing its barcode. Tika's response was to suggest that we travel all the way back to the aisle to select another product, which happened to be located in the basement level of the store (we were at the ground level). Given the considerable distance and inconvenience involved, I politely inquired whether alternative solutions could be explored, such as checking the system for the code, contacting a colleague, or requesting assistance from one of the store associates. Unfortunately, Tika declined these options, resulting in us having to interrupt our checkout process to retrieve the single item, all the while managing a toddler. On the second occasion, we requested Tika to provide us with four quarters in exchange for a one-dollar to purchase a treat for our toddler from one of the vending machines. Regrettably, she informed us that she was unable to fulfill this simple request.I believe that these instances highlight the need for additional training in customer service and problem-solving skills for your employees, including Tika. These situations not only inconvenienced us but also left us feeling dissatisfied with our overall shopping experience. As a loyal Walmart customer, I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and implement appropriate training measures to ensure that all customers receive the excellent service they deserve. I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that improvements will be made to enhance the shopping experience for all patrons.

Not a very good place. When after I payed for my items and had to set down to put the things away in my bag. A lady in a yellow apron asked me if I payed for my things and if I had a receipt. I said yes and showed her the receipt and she said nothing to the couple sitting near me other then are we together. She just want at me. Then walked away saying something about teenagers. No apologie or nothing. Would avoid this place like the flu.

Really had a bad experience this evening while my sister was trying in clothes in the changing room. A Punjabi old lady who is an employee came said that the changing rooms are not available after 9 and that she should come early and it was a little after 9 pm. They had a little disagreement there. This lady approached us again and started with her racist comments on Indian students in Canada being an Indian herself. Funny how people who have been living here for longer hates newcomers so much that now they cannot even hide it. But trust me , not everyday is the same. Walmart should really take care of such employees. This was my first and last visit .

If I could rate this Walmart a zero, I would. The worst customer service ever, lines are always so long even for self check out, the whole store is messy and unorganized. The staff are extremely rude. Went here with my friend which we usually do since we live in the area and we were looking around the toy aisle for a present & a worker who had been following us throughout the entire store walked passed my friend mumbling saying “guys don’t steal we have cameras everywhere and I’ll call security” even though we weren’t stealing? We were going to purchase what we originally came for but after that rude encounter by that one staff we decided not to. Just because we’re teenagers doesn’t mean we aren’t respectful and don’t pay for our items. Extremely rude and we felt like we were being treated like criminals the whole time we were shopping around. Never going here ever again.

Walmart employee Blanca and manager Francesca are dishonest. They pretend not to know about the Scanning Code of Practice of which Walmart is a signee. When scanning a product (cherries)on sale, it scanned at the pre-sale price (over $6.00) instead of the sale price. I notified the attendant, Blanca, who over-ride it and inputted the sale price $3.38. I asked for the SCOP to be applied, Blanca said no. I asked for the manager and while waiting for the manager I pointed out the stickers on the machines displaying the SCOP. The manager, Francesca, arrives and said that the SCOP says that I would receive 1 piece of cherry free (estimated value $0.02) not a (scanned) bag, value $3.38. I stated that I believe that she is wrong, but nevertheless did not get an errored scanned item worth $3.38 for free.According to Francesca's logic, if it was a bag of chips, you'd get 1 chip free and not the bag.If Walmart's employees are dishonest about $3.38, what else are they dishonest about?

Horrible attitude by staff. Beware of Chrystal and Prema at women’s apparel section as they don’t have a pinch of manners and customer facing skills, plus their laziness at their job is at another level. Hope our complaints to the management staff will bring change!
