I love shopping here as there’s usually a great selection of clothing/makeup/home goods.
I went to use their customer washroom and couldn’t believe the state it is kept in. It smelled so terrible, the floor was gross, and the big sanitary bins in each stall were well overflowing, causing garbage to be everywhere. I hope this isn’t the usual state, and was just a one-off for this location.

I had an awesome experience with Caitlin while shopping for clothes. She was super friendly and really took the time to help me find what I needed. Her positive vibe made the whole experience fun, and I left feeling really good about my purchases. Caitlin definitely made my shopping trip a lot better!

I was so disappointed with the customer service I received here. I was shopping with my baby, who was in his stroller and sleeping. I had several clothing items to try on, but the "biggest" fitting room they had was locked and out of service. Caitlyn, the associate helping me, was incredibly rude and had an attitude. She didn’t care that the stroller couldn’t fit through the door, nor did she try to accommodate us in any way. As a result, I had to leave everything behind after driving all the way here. How can I go into the fitting room and leave my baby outside on his own while I try on outfits? This experience was beyond frustrating. I won’t be returning.

I had brought a shirt for my dad as it was for a birthday, the shirt was good. Particularly at this location the collection is little low when compared to other winners. And we need to search and spend time nearly 1 hour to get a good looking shirt or a T-shirt.
Overall, I can say that it’s not a very worst place or a bad collection. There is nothing new that catches our eye when we are in shopping.

I have nothing against their products here but customer service. Vanita/Wanita worst manager I have ever encountered (well she never showed up so technically can’t say encountered ). One of their products did not have any tags at all (could have just walked out with it but morals) we asked a boy at cashier 9 to let us know the price for this and since their was no tag he requested vanita to come down for customer assistance. We kept on waiting and she did not show up. The boy was nice and apologized for the delay. At one point it just got awkward as she wouldn’t show up after repeated announcements from him for her to come and help us out. He then requested his colleagues to call on intercom aswell, two other cashiers requested for her to show up and still she didn’t help us. It was getting embarrassing as I was just standing by him for a while, so he went in with the product to get the price. He came back with a price and hold onto the product so that we can finish all our purchase and line up for checkout. When we finally reached one of the cashier, the boy was not there but he left the product with my name on it. I told the cashier that this product was on hold for me. She asked us what price was told and we told her that but now her fellow cashiers were like no this is pricier than that. So I asked her to call the boy, once he arrived they took him aside and came to us to apologize saying he made a mistake. Now making the mistake is fine but when we waited all this time for a price on it none of these cashiers seemed to know and the manager wouldn’t show up. When I am about to finalize the purchase all of a sudden they seem to know the price. Absurd!!!

Called customer service and the jewelry associate answered and interrupted me as I was speaking saying that they don’t do customer checks. As I’m an hour away, she couldn’t even tell me if they had the item in stock or had seen it recently.
