This store has the most rudest and did hearted management i have ever seen. Store manager Li/Lee is the rudest and raciest human i have ever interacted with. My friend bought a cargo pants yesterday and they got damaged with 30 minutes for her wearing. Which was already embarrassing enough for her as this happened during her work. Now they are coming with excuses that it’s smelling or have been worn etc. I had a chance to give -5 starts to this store.

"Terrible Customer Service and Billing Errors"I recently had a truly frustrating experience with Zara at Scarborough Town Centre, and I feel compelled to share it with others to save them from a similar ordeal. I purchased a pair of shoes from Zara, but unfortunately, they turned out to be the wrong size. No big deal, right? Well, that's where the nightmare began.I went through the process of requesting an exchange and return at the Zara store at Scarborough Town Centre. I was prepared to accept that I'd made a mistake with the sizing. The first hiccup occurred when I returned the shoes to this Zara location as per their return policy. I was confident that my return was in order, but apparently, Zara had a different idea.A few days later, I received an email from Zara stating that they hadn't received the item I returned to their Scarborough Town Centre store. To my shock, they went ahead and charged me again for the shoes I had already returned. It felt like I was being punished for a mistake that was entirely on their end. This billing error should have been a simple fix, right? Wrong.What baffles me is that Zara, particularly the Scarborough Town Centre store, could have easily resolved this issue by checking their security camera footage, which would have clearly shown me returning the item at their store. But instead, they chose to take a different, less customer-friendly path.My attempts to contact Zara's customer service have been nothing short of maddening. Every time I reach out, I receive cold and unhelpful responses, if I receive a response at all. It's as if they want to sweep their mistake under the rug and hope I forget about it. It's incredibly disappointing that a well-known brand like Zara, with a presence in Scarborough Town Centre, would treat their customers this way.The ordeal has cost me not only money but also a significant amount of time, effort, and travel costs. It's unacceptable that I'm the one paying for Zara's mistakes, particularly at their Scarborough Town Centre location. I expected a lot more from a brand with such a strong presence in the fashion industry.In conclusion, my experience with Zara, specifically the Scarborough Town Centre location, has been a nightmare of billing errors, unhelpful customer service, and a complete lack of accountability. I'd strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Zara, as their after-purchase service leaves much to be desired.

I gave this store a second change thinking the management might have changed for better but i was wrong, at first they refused to return a defective product and later when I provided a store credit by the customer service team in email as a gift card which clearly says this is valid for in-store and online purchases, the cashier said she cannot accept it as they do not have the option for typing in a gift card number. Pathetic service Zara should take away this store ownership from whoever is in control

Cashier asked for my postal code and I declined. They insisted I give them my postal code or the sale wouldn't go through.I know this is for a fact a lie so I if you're forcing me then I'll give you a fake one.

Anytime I come here, and line up at the cash register to buy something it takes FOR….EVER! Usually it’s. 20min wait when there are 2 staff on cash and only 5 customers in total. And to top it off after waiting for that long you are usually told to “go to the men’s side, it’s less busy”.Clothes are great but the service, management and attitude is terrible at this store.

Extremely disappointed with the body language of a young girl who was starring at my wife and kids thinking they are stealing, in the meantime I was purchasing 200 dollars worth of clothing for my daughter. A word of advice for you young girl. Not everyone who comes to your store is a thief. I can pay your salary for the whole year. I have a business and I have money to spend. I was really disappointed that I returned all my clothes and took my business elsewhere. That is why businesses close down because of lack of customer service and lack of trust. I will never return so is all of my family friends. Grow up and get some customer service learning course lady.

The job stealers are degrading customer service standards across the country and this mall is no exception. Putting on a blazer and speaking a few words of English doesn’t make you qualified to infiltrate the Canadian retail space. I’ve already had a discussion with the store manager about the quality of her hires and she seemed to find nothing wrong. Boycotting this mall, and this Zara location.

Terrible experience at this place. When looking at clothes, I was trying to find a medium size so I had to find where the tag is so I used my hand. A bug bit my hand and I started bleeding. I asked for bandaid and no questions asked which hanger of pants or asked if I was okay. Five minutes later, my hand is now swollen and blotchy red. I will never come here again. Make sure to wear gloves when looking at clothes.

I would not even give 1 star.I purchased a bag and after paying, I found a damage on purse so I right away informed them to exchange. They make me waited for more than half hour then they said our system is not working so please go in the queue of kids section. There was 10 customers before me.Why should I wait 2 times in two different places? I was already in the queue and did not leave store after purchase.I never treated this way. Must avoid to to visit this store.Incident happened @3:30pm on 02-September-2023

The manager at this store was a lady who helped me. I don't remember her name, but she helped me pick out 2 dress shirts, a black and a white very knowledgeable, very helpful. Excellent customer service. I would shop here again in a heartbeat.

Good experience other than the changeroom attendant's behaviour. He would not let my companion enter the changeroom area even though they were just going to stand outside my changeroom so that I could get feedback on my potential outfits. He made anyone not trying items on wait fully outside and said if I wanted to get an opinion I would have to walk out into the store. I did not feel comfortable doing that. Ended up purchasing a shirt which I later returned after getting second opinions. This could have been avoided if they let my friend in the area like every other store. Also, I think they got robbed because there were 6 security guards by the changeroom.

Absolutely horrible service. I was there to try on a dress to attend an event later that afternoon. When I enquired about a smaller size, the fitting room attendant told me that the size is currently on the mannequin, and she can't take it off the mannequin unless I was sure to purchase the item. I told her I won't know if I can purchase any item without knowing how it fits first. But because I was very interested in the dress I told her yes i'll like to try the dress, in which she responded sorry I can't help you, you can go to the other mall, it's near by and you can try it there. I was shocked, I told her I live right her, why would I need to go to another mall to purchase the same item that's currently in store here? She said sorry and refused to help. Very confusing and extremely disrespectful behavior from your staff. I will definitely not be returning.

Horrible service, very rude people, no one helps you out and the clothes are abused in every possible way with dirt and food on it. I mean what's the point of getting paid and serving customers when you absolutely do nothing? Stop hiring kids! Learn some etiquette poor management.They don't even deserve one star lmao.

Slow, unprofessional, and rude cashiers at the return counter. While I was returning an item, cashier was loud, and when I asked her to page someone for online pickup, she loudly said, “Go stand there” when again I mentioned can you call someone, answer was same. She could have politely said, someone is on the way please wait there. Stop ordering customers what they need to do, and try being polite. However, bad attitude and unprofessionalism is at its peak. Manager, if you are reading this start training your cashiers to be polite.
