“Just went into the Tottenham branch to pay a bill, couldn't figure out how to send the money, Xio was very helpful, she made a quick call , saw I'd accidentally set off a red flag in the system, I had bought Mortal Kombat off Amazon & the system red flagged it because it was my first transaction with Amazon.
Xio removed the flag, helped me pay my bill & I was on my way in 5 minutes nearly. Very helpful, plight & informative, would recommend doing your banking with RBC in Tottenham if you're local to that branch.”

“My visit was interesting today and started slow and inconvenient at this branch but after the line went too long not to notice the RBC staff stepped in and helped move the line along.
There were only 2 people out of 5 desks serving 10 people in line and they couldn't care less about staffing more people or expediting service for a bit but after a while 1 more staff member came to help the line and I was personally helped by someone who came right up to the line directly, a first for me!
Glad to see they care about how long somebody has to wait.”
