Hello Owner, I am fully disgusted with some of your employees at the Schomberg location, the slightly older woman with red hair is extremely rude, condescending and discriminatory towards people with mental health issues. I openly heard her call her colleagues idiots and stupid, the other younger girl was extremely kind and had to take the full brunt of that woman’s insults, I have heard many many bad things about her and the manager at that location, these people need to be spoken too and coached or ultimately let go, this is a customer facing business and must be professional. I’ve lived in the area for 20 years and that is unacceptable. Discrimination shouldn’t NOT be taken lightly especially mental illness that behaviour is absolutely disgusting

The lady in cashier doesn’t know how to behave with customers. I do respect her age but also on other side she has to get some more training in customer service with a humble request to the management of this store. I promise I never shop again from this place again forever.

I just love this store. I live in Etobicoke and won’t think twice about driving there to purchase craft items. There is just so many different items in that store that you can’t find anywhere else.

Complete and utter disrespectful owner of the 6 stores. Discrimination against me for utilizing a service dog. Will never set foot again within these stores except to serve legal papers if I decide to file against them since I have the whole interactions recorded. Don’t bother going if you’re disabled and require medical equipment, guy doesn’t give two cents, only what’s good for his business according to his words.

This dollar store has a great selection, with lots of cool stuff that Dollarama doesn't have like party supplies. They even blow up helium balloons for you.
