Have been a customer since 1993 on airlines, this person there said I can't use the washroom and public washrooms are at A&W. Ridiculous bad people owning these Shell stations stop putting Gas at these crap people stations.

Worst place to get gas. They shut their door too early and half the time pump doesn’t work. Somebody have to knock the door to let clerk know there’s a customer. I guess this is how head office shell train their employees. No wonder. The rating is below average head office Need to look into this..

Seriously, someone needs to complain about this gas station to head office. How are they never open? Leaving drivers literally screwed by not being open between 8pm and 8am.
