Seriously, someone needs to complain about this gas station to head office. How are they never open? Leaving drivers literally screwed by not being open between 8pm and 8am.

Always looks like a dumpster. Maybe pick up garbage and empty your garbage cans once in a while. Will use the other station down the street for now on.

Oh my gosh, TERRIBLE experience!! At approximately 9:15 this morning on our way to a funeral, my husband and I stopped at this gas stn, as I needed to use the washroom facilities. I walked into the store, no customers, it was quiet. I saw a man behind the counter, so asked him where the washroom was. He pointed in the corner area, I used the facilities. As I was leaving, I thanked him. He responded, “the washroom is for customers only, next time use a public washroom, over there!” He pointed to a Mr. Sub. I was SHOCKED!!!!!! Seriously? I have never encountered anyone SO arrogant and disrespectful. I have never had issues with using a washroom in the past at ANY gas stn! When I initially walked into the store and inquired where the washroom was, WHY didn’t he tell me then that it was for customers only “so you better make a purchase!” We were going to fill the car with gas, I came out and told my husband how I was just treated!! He said, forget that, no gas here. Not surprised 2.9 stars from 45 reviews. Read some comments, identical to my issue. Read the review from June 17/24; Shell Customer Service replied indicating they would address the issue with the owner. Shame on you Shell as you obviously neglected to speak with this franchise owner. As others have indicated, will NEVER stop here again even if we are running out of gas. Will push our vehicle to the next gas stn. (And one never knows what someone is going through,,,,attending a funeral. A difficult day to begin with).

This location is incredibly unreliable. There's no set hours... They seem to close whenever they want. They're closing hours are supposed to be 11pm but even the guy says they just act like they ran out of regular and go home instead of hiring someone to close. I passed this location every single day at different times of day depending on work and my child's extracurricular activities and it's always closed at random times. It's a good thing the Petro and esso are nearby. I can only imagine all the business you guys lose to them because you're technically the closest gas station to the highway. You were closed before 9 tonight when it was supposed to be 9. Iwatch probably 9 cars and 2 trucks pull in and right back out again and over to the Petro while I waited for the light to turn so it goes to show how much business you're actually losing.

I stop by this station frequently. Driving from kitchener to kirkland Lake, I made this station my go-to stop for fuel. This morning, on my way along, I stopped in as usual. There were many large trucks fueling up and could not get near the pumps. So I decided to park my vehicle and go use the washroom while I had to wait. When I existed the washroom and was making my way out of the store to fuel up, the person on the cash counter yelled across the store, filled with people at me. He said that the "washroom is for customers only".
I said that there was a line up at the pumps, and that I was going to fuel up. I also said that I fuel up here whenever I pass by. I am a customer. But, I will never fuel up here again.
I found another station just a little further down the road in Bond Head. From now on, this will be my goto station.

My husband and I stopped here hoping to get water for our overheating truck as we had filled up the tank at a Shell in Mississauga, and we were on our way back to our place, but my husband was basically chased out while being told that he had no rights to be there and that they were not going to allow him to get any water. I have never been so let down by a business before. We normally try for Shell stations because they are or rather WERE known for how helpful and polite they were but now I think we will start shopping around for a chain that puts their customers first and will not allow such outrageous behavior ?.

Went looking for hand sanitizer after pumping as I have a baby, the gas attendant said they don’t have any anymore. I asked if I could just have a pump of the one right in front of him on the register and he said “no, you’ll have to buy a bottle”. Seemed weird to me not to have any at all available. Not friendly and badly set up considering the traffic.

This gas station is located in a suburb area at the intersection of two busy countryside highways. Entrance are not smooth due to heavy traffic. Waiting time was too long when I entered to this gas station today (Friday) afternoon around 1:00 pm. They need more dispenser, although currently have only four including diesel.

I went to get gas around 7:30 today and spent $150 on gas. I asked to use the bathroom but was told I cannot because the worker had just cleaned it. They do not close until 9 pm. He told me to go use the bathroom at Mr. Sub then locked the door once I got out the store. I then went to Mr. Sub and didn't buy anything there and they didn't give me trouble about using the bathroom. Wish I could give this place 0/5 stars rating

The man at counter is so aggressive. Where the management is looking for their employees and customer services..please, teach employees how to speak with customers. don't recommend this location to anyone!

While I was filling up my wife went in to use the washroom and was denied in a very rude fashion, even thought the rude person had just come out of the washroom. This is a dark cloud over Shell for me.
