“Visited today to purchase a new dishwasher. We entered the store in Gravenhurst and were promptly met by a young man who “makes the deliveries”, as the owner was on the phone.We had a pretty good idea what we wanted, and learned that Knapps has a much larger selection IN STOCK than many other larger box stores in the area, including both The Brick and Leon’s who advised of “potentially lengthy waits” for much of the new inventory.We decided on a new stainless dishwasher which they gave us a $40 price reduction for “carrying it out” (as opposed to having it delivered), even though they do have “Free Delivery within a 5 mile radius” (essentially within Gravenhurst), which we are not located within.They even helped us load it into our vehicle. We enjoy supporting small business, especially when they are at a better cost and have what we need WHEN we need it.Thanks Knapp’s!!!!”
