“I purchased clothes at Northern Birch Boutique today for an upcoming sun vacation. Laura and Rachel were there and assisted me with the best customer service I have ever experienced in retail. The most fun I have ever had buying clothes, when buying clothes can be a frustration (us women know!), they made the whole experience an absolute delight. They had helpful suggestions and curated additions to try. Additionally, they provided honest (but kind!) feedback about what wasn't working, which is a truly incredible service. I will be back to this divinely intimate locale!!”
