First time at the store today. Great experience. The staff were personable, helpful and easy to deal with.Phenomenal selection of tools. They carryFestool and Milwaukee which are both great platforms. They have a massive selection of supplies (consumables) for the tools and prices were decent, if what you want isn’t there they can order it in a timely fashion. Gem of a local business.Definitely will be back.

They sell King Canada tools but can’t supply parts for them. I have been waiting almost a year for a band saw part.

Picked up a gallon of Dulux paint from there. Very helpful and friendly people. Had a chat with the owner and he told me about some good places to eat and visit.

The quality of products and exceptional service/workmanship are second to none. They were patient while I changed my mind several times. My new door has changed the look of my house and I am thrilled with how it has changed the look of my house. "Years" after installing my beautiful front door, it needed a minor adjustment. When I called, I received help within 24 hours. Wow - a company that stands by their products and workmanship! Not an easy thing to come by these days - thank you OTD!
