I called Rez Boyz and was very courteously and helpfully presented several different options for tires for my moms vehicle. After asking several questions, all of which were promptly answered, we decided which tires were preferred. We ended up having to change the appointment a few times but they were so friendly and accommodating. They did the work all very professional and with great instructions to my mom (who doesn't listen well). Very, very happy with the results. No more fighting with online shops of trading websites, I'm going straight to REZ BOYS next time.

Customer service is absolutely disgusting. They are very rude and obviously don’t want to keep customers or gain new ones. I got excellent service and cheaper tires at Holgate (same day service) . I tried for weeks to get tire installed here and had to go else where. I needed to replace 2 sets and got them at Holgate as they said they couldn’t get the right size. 2nd set was put on he very afternoon I called. 5* for Holgate. So disappointed as I would love to support my community.but not at the expense of being treated poorly.

I don’t like their policy because I bought new tyre in half price and then they said you have to buy tyres from us and their tyre price is very high.

Came to these people for all my tire swaps. Sadly last year will he the last time I go there. Tried to see about opening next week and the women who works the phones was rude, and told me to go somewhere else and gave attitude. Tried supporting local shops.

If i could give a zero i would. Never get the tires from the list they give. Always try to upsell on other more costly from the sets on the list.Customer service agent needs replaced. I am sure this place would sell more tires with a different person answering the calls.Anywhere else is better.And dont trust the quoted price. It will change.

Rude and unwilling to help if any problemsarise once you've paid. The woman hates answering questions and seems to generally hate being there.Terrible customer service, the employees get yelled at and belittled right in front of you. Seems like a toxic work environment, I feel sorry for the wrench turners who have to deal with that every day.Service: Tires

I’d like to leave two reviews.The gentlemen who work there are amazing, kind, respectful and prompt. If I were reviewing just them, they’d get five stars.However…after the experience I just had dealing with the woman at the front desk, my review is half a star. I worked for many years as a secretary and as much as I would have liked to do otherwise in some cases, I treated people with respect and I was always professional. If I were a “undercover boss”… she’d be in the lineup for unemployment . Horrible treatment. I will never come back and I will no longer promote their business.
