I strongly advise against visiting this Circle K location. Sadly, the level of customer service provided here is severely lacking, and today's attendant, Bhag, demonstrated a complete disregard for professionalism and respect. My initial reason for going inside after filling my gas was prompted by the absence of a receipt from the gas pump, so I also decided to redeem my lottery ticket. However, Bhag refused to process the lottery redemption, questioning my age and demanding identification. Initially I didn’t mind since thats their job so I told him, I am 30, but after I redeem my free nuts from the Circle K rewards, I’ll go and get my ID for him, but once I complied with this request, he continued to address me informally as "buddy," despite appearing younger than myself.Despite these initial setbacks, I eventually obtained my lottery ticket. Before leaving, I attempted to exchange my complimentary nuts for a different flavor, as I have done successfully at other Circle K locations and the rewards stated any nuts 71g or below (the one I wanted to exchange it with was 61g). Unfortunately, Bhag adamantly refused my request, claiming the transaction had already been completed “man”. There was a notable absence of an apology or acknowledgment of the poor customer service experience. In summary, my interaction with Bhag and the overall service received at this Circle K was deeply frustrating and disappointing.
