I encountered a female staff member who displayed unprofessional and rude behavior during my visit. This experience was quite disappointing and did not reflect the level of service I expect from your establishment.
I believe that maintaining a respectful and courteous environment is essential for both customers and staff. I hope you can address this matter to ensure a better experience for everyone in the future.

BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING LOTTERY HERE!!!!!!Went in to buy a lottery ticket. Asked for twi lotto max with Encore!
Looked up my ticket and receipt and went back into the store, told the cashier.She made a mistake, she said, no, you You said 649. That's why I only give you one I said no I asked for 2 lottomats with Encore and her response was, do you have proof so I said to her, do you have proof and whatever happened to the customer being right? She laughed at me.

Quite possibly the worst gas station i have ever came to, the gas station staff look like they dont want to do the job they signed up for and their tim hortons staff make jokes about my diabetes and pinch my hot coffee cups to drip it on my shirt whenever i try to drink because they are upset i am asking them to make an adjustment on my drink, why go here when you can go to the gas station across the street?

Came at 2am to fill gas, clerk wouldn’t allow me to fill up, I started walking inside the gas station to ask and he runs to the back. I walk back to my car and he comes back out.

I went around 11:30 to buy a few thing, at the first I went to the Shell in front of Esso, he did not open the door and said it is not safe to let customer coming inside the store so I go to the Esso and their door was open and cashier was so friendly.18273 Leslie St, Sharon Ontario
