“I had to buy a muzzle for my dog. She had a vet appointment the next day and she can be a little uneasy with strangers. Matt helped me and the service was phenomenal. I bought and returned two. The third time I was in the store he told me to just bring her in and we would get her fitted. He got the right size on his first try. My dog loved him and the whole reason I was there is because she’s not good with new people. He gave her some treats and we were on our way. 10/10 customer service doesn’t get any better that”
