I am tall and thin, and finding affordable and comfortable clothing that fits properly is difficult, but Ardene has a huge selection of styles that fit me perfectly.
The staff at this location are welcoming, friendly and helpful and will spend the time with you needed to make sure that you get everything that you're looking for, and will present alternatives if a style you're interested in doesn't fit quite right.
The store is well organized, clean and tidy, and the staff know where everything is in-store if you've been browsing online and want to try a specific item on. Wonderful store and I'm so glad that they're in Simcoe!

This is a fantastic store for this location. I wish there were more stores like it in the town centre. It would be nice if they would expand into a wider variety of sizes so that more people could shop there. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and are very knowledgeable about their products and inventory, and the store is always clean and well organized with clear signage indicating the ongoing deals. One of the best Ardene stores I've visited.

Good selection, good deals, average staff. Most don’t say anything when you walk in or out & I’ve overheard staff drama/bad mouthing of customers. Not very professional but still one of the best places for deals imo.

I love coming here and spending my money but when I went to a change room the staff where saying how I was weird right outside my change room door, definitely not professional and just pure rudness but there allowed to have there opinion, other then that it's a great store.

I promised Sylvie I would send this to head office but can’t seem to figure out how to do that. Anyway, a big shout out to Sylvie and Tagan! These two helped me many times over the past few weeks w black body suits that we needed for our Little Theatre musical. They helped me find what I needed. They let me take a variety of sizes for our dance group to try on. They were very pleasant to me each time I returned to bring back one size and try to find another. They offered to call other stores for a specific size I needed. They found me the size that I needed, which they no longer had in Simcoe. Always with a smile and never any hint of irritation in their voice (even though I must have been a royal pain). THANKS Simcoe for having such a nice store, available right in our mall, with lovely helpful staff.

Great store I got a swear shirt and sweatpants with a pajama set and they look so cute and they are comfy. Also great costumer service!

I’m going out of my way to write this glowing review because the associate who helped me tonight was simply THE BEST. I’m kicking myself for not remembering her name but she had straight red hair. She rang up my items and one of the shirts was accidentally put on the sales rack. She helped correct the error so I was given the proper price I assumed.She went above and beyond even when it was inching to close time. I appreciated her awesome customer service tonight!!! I’ll be returning for sure.My one suggestion would be to add a plus section! I know Ardene carries some and I LOVE buying them online. It would some commitment to more equality!! :)

Bought jeans for my daughter yesterday. When we got home, we removed the large sticker on the leg and now we have this glue residue that can't be removed. They're garbage now. Why would you put such a large sticker on these?
