“I have asked Jarred from Cardinal Muffler Centre to have a look at a muffler issue on my 12 year old Toyota. J. provided an estimate and performed work on the car with a short lead time. He was honest and transparent on what needs to be done at a decent price point. Work was done professionally and quickly. I recommend giving Jarred and Cardinal Muffler Centre a try. I will take all my vehicles to his shop again. If you are not sure, please shop around, but it is hard to find an honest mechanic.”

I have been a customer for over a decade now and each time I call, email or come in they treat me warmly and with care around whatever work needs to be explained and done on my car. They help me know at oil changes what other work may need to be done in the near future to plan for and budget. When my son recently had a car accident they supported me through it and helped me find a used great car for me through connections they had so I wasn't looking all over Southern Ontario through facebook! They treat me like family and I can trust them always with my car and what they help me understand about it all. I am not scared to bring my car in for work on it and there are never any big surprises in costs. As a single mom working full time that is a peace of mind daily that I see as a gift.
