“Thought I had an issue with my trailer’s suspension. Was able to bring my trailer in right away and their service was quick and got me back on the road in no time. Great people”
“My go to parts store in town.
Parts are parts when it comes to parts, and some can vary in a few bucks. Even if the price is $20 difference i use APC.
They offer a clean/ organized facility with knowledgeable staff and a comfortable atmosphere. Also if you order early enough they can almost guarantee same day parts. ?? Very recommended”
“Perfect in every way with Tom and all staff very professional and friendly
Answered all questions and gave us our time
Thank you to all- great staff”
“Had a great experience. I found the guy on the counter was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They had the parts in stock and the pricing was good. The service was excellent, and I will continue to use Napa Simcoe as my supplier of parts.”

“Amazing service! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They took the time to help me find exactly what I needed for my car. The prices were also cheaper than other places I checked. Great selection of parts and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place if you need auto parts!”
“My sister and I were driving in Ontario this morning when my check engine light came on. We were far from home and very worried about the car. I called Simcoe Toyota and even though they were fully booked for the day they found a way to squeeze me in, fix the problem and get us on the road again. The service manager
James and Fernando were so kind and so nice and I really appreciate all that they did for us, even though we were only passing through. The dealership is the cleanest and nicest and friendliest I have ever been in. If I lived in Simcoe, you can believe my next car would be purchased there, and all my service for the car would be done there. Thank you again from two grateful ladies from New England!”
“Fix Auto Norfolk branch is a place I would highly recommend to anyone. From the start they were excellent to deal with. Professional, reliable, friendly staff, great communication, delivered as promised and performed quality work. I was very happy with my interaction and the end result met my expectations as I would use them again if needed in a heartbeat. Thank you Jenn & F.A.N.C.”
