Three trips to the Port Dover branch to close my 88‑year‑old mother’s bank account and Visa card, and each visit was a bad experience.
On our most recent attempt, the teller had my mother standing for at least half an hour while struggling through a failed attempt to complete the closure. After three visits with no results, we gave up.
We drove 20 minutes to the Simcoe branch and were treated with professionalism and respect. The entire process was completed in 15 minutes. The contrast was unbelievable.”
