I came into the store with an inquiry about an internet installation. A younger gentleman with long hair and a beard assisted me (cannot recall his name). When I asked him about my question, his response was, "we have nothing to do with that here, I can't help you."While it is my understanding that the Bell Store in the mall is limited in what they can do for internet related inquiries, I do know from past experiences that all of the other staff there are more than accommodating and willing to assist you with calling in store.Further, the fact that he didn't even display any sort of empathy or understanding left a rather sour taste in my mouth. Although I currently do have other Bell services, if I need to go into the store I will not be wanting to deal with him in the future. Customer empathy is key, which is something that he is lacking in.

The worst company, I would not recommend wasting your time to get the services from them in Norfolk/ Simcoe area. Today is the 3rd day I wasted from 8am to 4pm ( window time) , nobody showed up and upon calling they said someone will be there but because I have been made a fool twice before I continued to call and ask to make sure someone will show up today but 15 mins into call they said for the third time there been system error or miscommunication from their side and the message was not sent to the technician. It was waste of non paid days off 3 time on last two weeks. And wow what a food they make of people by saying don’t worry your window time is 8-4 which is 8 hrs and someone will show up.

Unless you like paying way too much for your phone, TV, and Internet, shop the other providers. I got rid of the satellite because was aways one thing or other wrong with it.Now enjoying cable for my TV and another local provider with Fibre for my internet and phone. Goodbye Bell, hasn't been fun!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff member, Heather , help me migrate my account from from Rogers to Bell. She helped me choose a new phone and then offered to transfer all my stuff from old phone to new phone. Wow!! What great customer experience.

Horrible customer service and when told they would be helpful they just cut my internet then told me i have to pay a restore fee. Not helpful and in these difficult times a little goes a long way.

Internet service is very unreliable at my place of residence we pay for high speed yet a 10 gb update file takes 36 to 50 hours to download. The connection is inconsistent ever since we got the home hub 2000 meaning it works then it doesn't even if the lights say its fine the old 1000 worked better and that had a tendency to go out for upwards of 14 hours at a time. Another problem was we tried to switch to wireless internet but couldn't because of trees but the worker never reported that he couldn't install the dish so our modem service was canceled and we were not informed untill a day after we called about it not being on. Bell internet is very unpleasant and very infuriating when this has been a problem for nearly 15 years
