Canadian Tire is Canada's favorite department store, offering everything from tools and sporting goods to appliances and clothing. The prices are competitive and the quality is reliable, with always offers and promotions. It is a mandatory stop for any household need and the only store for miles for certain items. The automotive service department can be excellent, with staff described as amazing, friendly, and going above and beyond to help, quickly putting cars in good condition. However, service experiences can vary. Some customers report frustration, being unable to find help or being ignored at the automotive counter, which has led them to leave the store.
Great service. Staff knowledgeable of products and there location in the store. Cashiers very polite.
