I had a difficult exhaust repair on my Range Rover that other mechanics wouldn't touch. Individual parts are not available to order so Carlos had to make flex couplers and weld them on. It turned out perfect and saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you everyone.

I had my wife's car in last week as it needed new rear pads and rotors. After the brake job, my wife did not use her car for a few days. On her way to work (Friday night) she noticed the car shaking a bit. Once at work, she could smell something burning and the back passenger rim was extremely hot.
The car was unsafe to drive and had to be towed. Unfortunately, it was Friday night and the long weekend. My wife had to use a vacation day and we had to share my car as we both worked all weekend and both worked nights
On the Tuesday morning, I had her car back to Expert Auto. Marco knew the issue and immediately ordered rear calipers and replaced them free of charge. When I picked up the car, Marco took the time to explain why this can happen when new pads are installed. He was also very apologetic about the situation.
Although the timing was unfortunate, Marco's customer service was excellent.

This Thanksgiving I am truly thankful for the amazing care and support of the staff at Expert Auto Clinic. I have been a customer for over a decade now and each time I call, email or come in they treat me warmly and with care around whatever work needs to be explained and done on my car. They help me know at oil changes what other work may need to be done in the near future to plan for and budget. When my son recently had a car accident they supported me through it and helped me find a used great car for me through connections they had so I wasn't looking all over Southern Ontario through facebook! They treat me like family and I can trust them always with my car and what they help me understand about it all. I am not scared to bring my car in for work on it and there are never any big surprises in costs. As a single mom working full time that is a peace of mind daily that I see as a gift. I wanted to share this all online to help others know this is truly a place to give your business too and to trust in a quality of care for your vehicle and yourself if you are needing someone in your corner!! Thank you to Marcos, Heather and Kim and all the staff that take such great care of me and my car! You truly are a blessing to me.

I’ve taken my vehicle there several times and staff are very friendly, professional and work is usually completed same day unless there’s an issue getting required parts. They only do the work requested but also give assessment on whether brakes require replacing when asked to check them?? I would recommend this shop for anyone that wants an honest and trustworthy shop??????????

wife had her 2019 honda accord in for under coating they did not drill any holes anywhere but most importantly they didnt remove or spray under the undercarriage shield which is basically the whole underside of the car if you know cars these cars have them mostly for fuel economy ... job took 30 min total with a car wash $120 she was driving home ....... 5 hours at $25 hour of my hard earned money wasted to do something i could have done with a 1 rattle can unbelievable and to make it worse we brought it back and he told her thats how they do it ! please use a better source like krown at least they will stand behind what they do its the same cost$$ got ripped off badly but at least its only $120
