What initially drew me to this place was the friendly ladies at the front desk. They were patient, courteous and prompt. I’ve never had to get body work done but it was so easy. They handled everything for me.
I was really concerned about the colour matching the body of the truck but the ladies told me not to worry and coordinated me being able to pick from colour cards for the perfect match. When I picked the truck up and saw how beautiful it looked I was so happy. Thank you taking the worry off me.
The windshield is perfect too. You’d never even know it had been replaced.
I also want to thank the gentleman that helped me with the paint cards. I know you went out of your way to make sure it was a 99.9% match and it wasn’t easy. The paint job is really top notch.
Thank you all again. You made my day.

Just wanted the front bumper sprayed. I was going to remove it from the car and take it in. Could not believe the price for just the bumper.....$950.
For me, certainly not worth the visit.

I had very high expectations from this shop since it came very highly recommended. I have a 2013 Cadillac rusting on the back quarter. During the inspection I was told that the rust would be cut out and the metal would be replaced. I moved forward with the repair with a cost of over $3000. That was the fall of 2022. The repair and repaint was good with no complaints. Before the winter I had it undercoated with oil spray. Summer of 2023 the rust was back in the same spot. I took the car back to Fix Auto and after a few weeks they finally got back to me and said there was only a 90 day guarantee regarding rust. The repair should have lasted longer than 8 months and 3000km. Im not very happy. I would stay clear of this shop.

Very good service, our company was looking for some body work that would keep the truck from rusting and look decent, not back to factory conditions though. After searching around in Simcoe and Delhi, this place was the best. They understood what we were trying to do, and were willing to provide that level of service for a very reasonable price. They have an excellent staff that emailed us the quote quickly, got us scheduled in, and let us know promptly when the work was done. Everything was as quoted, and they even went above and beyond on some spots that were unrelated to the main quote.Very much recommend, and we will start here if we have body work in the future.

While traveling we picked up a rock chip, we called as this was the only place open with availability. Once they found out where we were staying, they called a closer shop to us so we didn't have to travel in a snow storm to get our windshield repaired. Very much appreciated that they were more concerned about our safety than their bottom line! Thank you and merry Christmas!
