When we became an ISP in 1994, not only were we one of the first retail ISPs in Canada, but we were already software developers, IT technicians and down-to-earth sales people. Back then, good service meant answering the messages now, not tomorrow. It meant supporting our neighbours with good advice, even if they weren’t our customers. I think his name is Matt. The tech guy that works the phones on nights. This has to be the best costomer service I've ever had. Very kind and polite and makes you feel that your in the best of hands. Give him a raise.

Overpriced. Fiber optic not fast enough and goes out too often. Improperly installed fiber optic and tried to charge me to fix the problem THEY created.
