Your employee Sarah is amazing and so is the manager Mikala (hope i got the spelling correct). They went above and beyond to fix a problem with a shirt that was bought over a month ago, even without my receipt. Thanks ladies :)

If I could give 0 stars I would! And because we can’t seem to answer an email… here we are.I was in today at your Marks in simcoe, ON location tonight at 8:15pm December 11th 2023 and I’m absolutely disgusted about your employees behaviour, my mother and I were in there browsing, looking for stuff for family for Christmas, and we over heard all the employees working tonight making fun and laughing about people with Parkinson’s, I am utterly offended, disturbed and disgusted by this behaviour, My grandfather suffers severely from Parkinson’s, and it has taken his quality of life, mobility and speech away from him, I do not wish this slow progressing disease on anyone and I do not find it funny whatsoever. Not only did it ruin what should have been a fun filled Christmas shopping experience for me and my mother but also left a bad impression on us and ruined the night. I expect to hear back from somebody promptly about what is going to be done about this and how you will be taking care of this.

We took back a pair of work boots, less than 6 months old.Both boots sole split in half at the heels. The manager said they are only covered for 100 days. If we wanted them to last longer, we should have spent more money when purchased. $89. Work boots were all that the young fellow could afford.If these boots are this poorly made, maybe they should sell them. Dakota boots Mark's go-to product. If you can't stand behind your product, don't sell it!Very poor customer service ?
