“Had the screen on my IPad replaced close to a year ago at Audio Avenue.Just recently it started to do some odd things that my tech guy couldn’t figure out. Took it back to Audio Avenue, spoke to Ted who had it fixed and a new screen put on and ready in 2 days, and at no charge. Don’t find that kind of customer service these days.”

“Upgraded my phone to take advantage of the boxing week deal they had going on and Chris was great to work with! We ended up having an issue while setting it up where I would have been overcharged by the provider, and he was patient and went through all the channels to make sure I had the best deal available. Did great under pressure, and made sure to answer the other people in lines questions while we waited. Very happy with my new phone & plan and the service I received!”
