The Simcoe location is just wonderful. The layout is simple and clean, the selection is varied, and the staff is amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. They have an adorable and somewhat saucy bird named Marley, often on one of the staff member's shoulder, that helps bring a smile to your face.

Paulmac's in Simcoe is our go-to pet store! Always greeted with a smile, their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. If there is something you're looking for that they don't have, let them know and they will gladly look into ordering it in!

I usually purchase my pet needs @ the Paulmac's in Brantford & I find them very friendly. When I am not in Brantford for the wk, I visit this Paulmac's in Simcoe. I find that they don't carry a lot of the things I need & when I ask about a product, they just say, they will ask about it. I don't find them very friendly or helpful at all, especially compared to Brantford. I only go there now if I absolutely need to.
