The new pharmacist(s) cannot get a prescription right to save their lives. I've had to go in FOUR times this week because they're so disorganized and scatterbrained. Missing prescriptions, incorrect dosages, these people are going to kill someone. I waited in store for 90 minutes only to get home with less than half of my mothers hospital prescriptions. Taking my families business somewhere safe from now on.

The owner of this pharmacy is a totally incompetent person and he has hired part time staff that cannot read or fill prescriptions properly and when he takes over it is still a 50/50 if he gets it right. We have worked with a number of excellent pharmacist over the years that we lived in Burlington and we never had a pharmacy that could not read a prescription properly that was sent directly from the hospital. We had to transfer all of medication away from this pharmacy. You are better off and it is safer to go to one of the other pharmacies in the area. If we did not catch their constant errors, my family members could have been in some very serious trouble with the medication they supplied or failed to supply. Do not trust this pharmacy with your healthcare needs. The people in the store are excellent, but the owner of the pharmacy Patrick is a total incompetent, rude and unprofessional pharmacist that I wonder how he got his license.

A big shout out to Clarks Pharmasave. My wife just came back from their location in Whitehorse Plaza and she was assisted immediately. None of this come back tomorrow or wait half an hour. Excellent staff excellent store.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and pharmacists at this location. They have assisted me with all my questions and concerns in a very positive, polite manner. They try to personalize your experience. Nice to see that you’re not just a number.

As a caregiver for my elderly father, I keep having to go into the store to get his meds. 1 out of every two or three visits actually have the meds right for him. Usually they cannot find them or they wait until you are there and tell you that he needs refills and that the dr hasn’t sent them through yet. I am very upset at this place and am going to try and get my father to change to another pharmacy. This is utterly ridiculous

These ppl are like my second family! Once you get to know them they are awesome! Pharmacy...they are SO COOL! Especially Monica and Mike!!! love these guys!Amanda Anita and Alex are super friendly at the front counter! And Edward the owner...doesn't get more laid back and chill then him!Thanks y'all for being so awesome!

The team at Clark's is great. It's wonderful having the team manage prescriptions when dealing with multiple doctors, keeping an eye for conflicts. It's very convenient to be able to book tImes for injections and vaccines. The hours are great and the store is always well stocked. Monica is a great addition to the team but you can be assured whomever serves you the service is great

All the staff at Clark’s Pharmasave are always so quick to help and provide knowledgeable insight. I live in Delhi but due to a bad experience at the Delhi location, I transferred here. A couple weeks ago I was in the area so I stopped in quickly to pick up a prescription and came to realize it wasn’t fully covered by my insurance plan. It was a tough week for me and I did not have enough money on me so I told the young cashier I would have to leave my prescription and come back on payday. I was so embarrassed. She went out of her way to cheer me up and even paid for my prescription. I couldn’t believe it! Thank you again.If my memory serves me right I believe she said her name was Amanda. I have since paid it forward.
