Always have had pleasant business with this shop for the last 3-4 years. I go here mainly for tire repairs/swaps/change overs. It’s an excellent shop and they are busy, (which means they are a good shop) so it’s ideal to make an appointment before going.

Being Sunday this garage was closed. I had a flat tire and had pulled off norfolk street and parked at Queensway garage..thinking to get CAA called. A nice couple from Brantford had pulled in and parked at the garage as well. I braved it and walked up to their truck to ask if he might work there. No he didn't but him and the female with him were so eager to help get my spare put on. They obviously knew about vehicles than I did! He had the car lifted but it started to slip down before he could get the spare on. They apoligized that they had to get back to Brantford. I thanked them for their kindness..he told me that CAA could help me and told me to give them a call.As i was hunting down the towing company i was told i was waiting for...a guy named Nick pulled up beside my car with his wife & child in their truck.He whispered that he had keys to the garage! I cancelled the service in waiting with the towing company and Nick said he lived right next to the garage. Booo ya!!!! Thank God for these super kind human beings! He dropped his family at home and in minutes he came to assist me. BIGGEST THANK YOU KIND NICK!!!THE WORLD NEEDS MORE PEOPLE WITH SUCH ACTS OF KINDNESS!YOU MADE MY DAY CONTINUE TO GET MUCH BETTER WITHOUT EXCEPTING OR EXPECTING A DANG DIME!MUCH GRATITUDE FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES SUCH AS THIS..QUEENSWAY GARAGE WHICH NICK IS APART OF THE OWNERS FAMILY! Thank you Stan and your guys! I have an older Buick that needed some work and you solved the issue. I know that the older cars can be a bit fussy but very happy with the service. Had a safety done for my vehicle and it passed, however the serpentine belt was snapped in half and the radiator was empty when It was picked up. I know that's not part of a safety inspection but it would've been nice to have been told that before trying to drive it 45 minutes home.

I received great customer service here, even though I was from out of town (95km away) and not likely ever to be back!!! I had arranged for them to do a PPI on a car I was hoping to purchase from a dealer near them. It was on a very busy Friday afternoon for them. Even though I was late due to very heavy traffic, and they were swamped. When I called and said I was finally in town. They graciously, dropped everything and fit me in. They quickly discovered an issue that made going any further with the inspection pointless, as I was not going to buy the car. Saved me from getting a vehicle that could have turned into a real money pit. In short they are very knowledgeable and I will definitely use them whenever I am nearby and need any work done!!!

I've had alot of work done here and if I hadn't moved out of the area I'd be still continuing to go here. Fair pricing very helpful one of the best garages I've been too.
