Ruffin's Pet Centres is a pet shop with a great selection of all pet products compared to any other place in town. Customers have bought aquatic plants, fish, invertebrates, and supplies for cats and dogs. The staff is always awesome, helpful, welcoming, and kind. They go well over and beyond, happy to answer questions, lookup products, and offer great suggestions for care. Staff members are knowledgeable, especially on topics like aquatic life, diseases, and disease management. They are noted for being excellent with children, showing them animals and letting them pet the ones they could. The customer service is amazing, with staff even helping to arrange delivery services in times of need. The service consistently receives high recommendations, and customers definitely plan on going back soon.

Prices are high, but what pet store isn't. I absolutely love that they will sell kittens from the local shelter. They have a great variety of things for pets. The staff are kind and knowledgeable.
