This is the worst customer service system. There is no possible way to connect with someone at the local branch unless you know their extension or name. In my case, the contact info is no longer valid therefore I receive no service as their customer service center was also unable to help.

Nothing but 30+ minute wait times with out of country call centers, no directory list to be able to leave a message. All I need to do is close my deceased mothers account.Most robotic garbage bank I've have dealt with. Thank god I'm with BMO, woulda been handled in 10 min.

Wanted to open and account, have to make an appointment. Try to make an appointment over the phone, get put on hold indefinitely. Try again the next day during my lunch (1pm) get put on hold again, waited about 5 mins. Long story short customer service is a joke. I have a considerable amount from my RBC account to transfer. I guess they just don’t care
