About Simcoe Town Centre
Simcoe Town Centre is a small shopping mall in Simcoe that offers a few essential stores like Food Basics, Giant Tiger, Ardene, Bell, and a dollar store. The mall is clean and convenient, especially since you can walk between stores without going outside, making it easy in bad weather. However, many stores are vacant, giving the mall a somewhat empty or ghost town feel. The floors are outdated and hard to walk on, which can be uncomfortable for some visitors. Despite this, the mall has a small food court and recently added a restaurant with excellent customer service and great food, encouraging visitors to return. Overall, it’s a good shopping spot for locals, but it could use some updates to attract more small businesses and make the shopping experience more lively.

Nice little mall. Too bad there are quite a few vacancies. We need more local small businesses but maybe its the rent that is an issue. But still a nice place to go. Food Basics, Giant Tiger, bell store, great dollar store.

I've been a few times and enjoyed wandering the mall as well as shopping.

Very junky. Owners should go to Caledonia store to see how your store should look.
