I cannot say enough about the experience I had purchasing my new car from Simcoe Toyota. Wonderful and easy from start to finish . Paul Burley went above and beyond when he stayed on his day off to help me. Grayden was a delight in finance. There was no pressure and I felt like they were looking out for my best interests . 5/5 highly recommend.

Tom at Toyota Simcoe will get anything done for you. I had an urgent request to pick up my car in less than 24 hours and he was able to make it all happen despite it being an extremely busy day for the business. I was traveling from Toronto.When I arrived there, the whole paperwork literally took under a minute and I was delivered the keys!Everyone else from Gabby to Kevin (except the finance manager, Graydon) were amazing to work with.Thanks all!

Have enjoyed many years of exemplary service from both sales and service staff. Purchased 2 vehicles to date and have been supported in other ventures as well. Never felt pressured to purchase a service or product; services are completed in a timely fashion and if ever an error occurs, they are willing to rectify the issue. Kudos to multiple current and prior staff, including James, Paul, and Wayne.

Brought my car in for a fuel issue. They changed the spark plugs and the port injector. Said they couldn't get it running 100% and figured it had a bad valve and said the next step was taking apart the motor. Brought it to another shop and turned out to be the direct injector, changed them and running great. Essentially paid for the same job twice.

Excellent customer service! I always have a great experience at Simcoe Toyota. Well worth the drive from London. Amazing staff. First time dealing with Eric in parts and service , he was excellent. Also Shane the Technicinian he was amazing at getting the job done so quickly and efficiently, considering what was needed to be done.I cant say enough about all the staff at Simcoe Toyota!They always treat me so well!Thanks again to everyone!Judy

If you're looking to purchase a new Toyota from the Simcoe dealership, do yourself a favor and ask to speak with Sam. Sam recently helped me get into a new GR Supra and removed all of the headache and dread that can sometimes be associated with the car-buying process. He answered all of my calls, e-mails, and texts immediately. When I asked questions, he gave me clear answers with honest explanations. When I showed up to the dealership to see the car and eventually purchase, he was practically there to greet me at the door. I remember driving home and thinking to myself "I wish it could always be that simple". Overall, it was a very positive experience. Thank-you Sam and the rest of the team at Simcoe Toyota. Cheers.

We visited the store yesterday morning and had a positive experience. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and provided standard customer service with their expertise. They offered detailed explanations regarding vehicle availability, potential delays on fe vehicles and explajned about causes of recent recalls on certain vehilces, and the value of Toyota etc. enhancing our overall experience.
