I realize need in the trying times is staggering. The work these people do is much needed and appreciated. However this policy of only calling a 1 800 number is insane. I can understand not responding to text msgs. But to not be able to return a missed call for a food delivery and end up not getting it is unacceptable. I happen do be disabled (emphyzema) and on fixed income therefore unable to fund cab rides all over the place. And when my food delivery doesnt come i starve. Then when i call back and explain it i get a mouthy guy telling me i have no right to be upset. Then threaten me with not getting my delivery. Is this how God expects you to do his work? Id expect a little more compassion and understanding rather than a holier than thou take it or leave it attitude. If helping people is to stressful for this gentleman than maybe he shouldnt be volunteering where he interacts with the people in need. They are already poor and demoralized they dont need their noses rubbed in it.
